Usual Home Depot, asked for help and got directions politely. Some customers with and without masks. Not as clean as other stores, but acceptable. Check out takes forever. This visit very hard to find what I needed, help was of little help. But the product I needed was here, well stocked store if you look hard by yourself.

I went in to get a new hose for my new washer dryer,  the woman in that department was brand new and alone, she was so very nice and helpful taking her time and checking to make sure that i had the rubber washers that are needed with the hoses. There was another couple waiting but she really put a lot of time into getting the information.  I love Home Depot the employees are always nice, and very helpful.

Not until I became a homeowner did I truly appreciate this store. Plenty of inventory, a great staff and easy to find items. It isn't unusual for me to make 3 to 4 trips on the weekends.

Made a large order of windows and doors, still waiting on a missing piece for the door on a first order, and the 2 order that was placed at the same time back in June was not yet delivered, this is an urgent order but there’s no one to talk to. No manager can get to the phone and no email addresses for the department that answeres the phone. Agent doesn’t reply to emails and installations team don’t know we’re it stands. A very unprofessional team and very high cost which I was sure I’m paying overpriced but at least I should get some level of service but apparently I don’t deserve that.

Way better than any lowes could dream to be, I didn't even talk to an employee and could already tell they weren't brainless luke their rivals employees. Home depot rulezzzzz

It would be nice if they had helpful staff. But they were rude and unwilling to help

Has mostly of all what you need some stuff has to be ordered and not all home depots carry the same stuff however they should honor their lifetime warranty on their hand tools whether it's made or not anymore the warranty speaks for itself if it's not made anymore and improvise and give the next thing to it to honor your warranty and not give the client or customer attitude

The customer service seems to have improved greatly in recent months. And little or no waiting at the service desk to pick up orders.

At home depot today Friday upstate NY  you already know....   Madeline assisted me today and her customer service was excellent thank you so much!!!! She was knowledgeable, fast and went above and beyond assisting me with what I needed help with. Not only did she help me but at the same time she helped multiple people and got the job done! Madeline you are the best!!!

What can I say. It's convenient for getting what you need to fix stuff. Hopefully it's in stock.
