Purchased and order my floor on 09/21/2023 - to date my floor is still not installed. This process has been one headache after another with little to no sense of urgency in this matter getting corrected. We ordered hard wood floor and selected and paid for in home delivery which meant dropped off in my driveway for me to carrying into my actual house. The order was not delivered in full and no one from the store called to confirm that delivery was dropped off in full. The invoice left with the material stated dropped in full but i was missing more than 3 items. Installers took 3 weeks after drop off to come and install. Once there they stated more than half the floor was defective and could not be installed. The installers had already stripped my current floors and laid down the paper prepping for installation. Was told that the floor would need to be exchanged out. The actual floor exchange took 2 and half weeks to get done, to which i had to take more time off once for pick up and once again for delivery. The delivery driver was scheduled at a different time from the helpers to bring in the floor , so the floor sat in the rain for about an hour before the workers showed up to bring inside. The workers left all the packing material , straps and wood in my driveway for me to clean up. I have had my whole upstairs with bare sub floor and paper laid down for coming on 4 weeks now with one more week to go. Passing another Holiday to where i can not host anything due to all the furniture relocated to leave rooms bare , to the family reduced to one room cause the rooms need to be bare for install , avoiding my upstairs due to the subfloor not being a smooth or safe surface to walk on because of previous tack nails , potential of wood splinters. The workers have provided no sense of urgency to fix this matter , I have not been contacted by anyone to apologize about the inconvenience. To actually get someone on the phone requires multiple call ins and messages for a response. If you are looking to start your floor project with Home Depot ----- DONT .... it will be 11 weeks from order date to installation for me ... assuming they install when i am currently scheduled for and dont delay anymore.....
People here are totally unhelpful. Make sure you have a ladder for stock and there key to unlock there tool cages. No one is around to insist or interested in there customers
It's a very good home improvement store with great selections of building supplies, appliances, plants, and holiday decor. You could spend many hours looking for and/or figuring out what your next home improvement project might be. If you're any type of DIYer, you can get most of what you need if not everything here. If you want a professional to do the job, you could make arrangements to have what you purchase installed such as doors and bathtubs. If you are a Veteran or active duty, you want to sign up for the military discount program verification required for 10% everyday discount. Happy shopping!!
Not sure if he likes self-checkout but it is available and they do have online and delivery to your parking space and there were attendance available to help you with your questions
Large store that is very well-kept. We got assistance from several of the employees and they were very friendly. One named Chris went above and beyond in making sure we found the items that we wanted.

Great customer service! Carl, one of the managers there went above and beyond! I purchased a grill to be assembled and then shipped to our house. The grill arrived- not assembled. I needed the grill for an upcoming BBQ and could not wait a week for the assembly crew to put it together. Carl came to my house in his personal car and picked it up, made sure it was assembled and it was delivered the following day! I couldn’t believe he offered to do that, and actually made it happen- I felt so bad! Thank you so much! Really appreciate the amazing customer service.
Wide aisles. Went looking for a connector for a shop vac, only to find it not in stock. Still can't use phone pay... Can you please update that? Sad I can't buy 1 vinyl tile for a quick floor fix. Now I gotta look elsewhere.
