Do not go for appliances here. Get it from Lowe’s or Best Buy. These people know nothing about the sales, delivery, or installation process. The one person that looked like they knew what they were doing wouldn’t talk to me. Ordered a dishwasher three weeks ago, was promised delivery and installation last Saturday. Guys come say they can’t install, blamed the salesman. Now I’m at the mercy of some random 3rd party plumber to install. Been 3 weeks and my dishwasher is sitting on my lanai. Hope it got ruined by the storm, if no one installs by Wednesday I’m returning it and making them pick it up and going with Lowe’s Update - the plumbing company dragged me along for 5 days saying they could install when I’m home outside of work hours I’m a teacher. Then just called to schedule the night before at 11am and that they can’t actually do 4pm or later or weekends. So I’m just returning. POOR SERVICE
Great experience today. Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. Well stocked store. Lots of spots for self checkout. Very close to 75.
On 4/11/22 we ordered new windows and doors with Home Depot as of today the job has not been completed. The installation started October 16th and advised it would be for the next 3-days. I was then informed the installation on the 17th and 18th would need to be rescheduled for the following week. After the installation was completed there was noticeable scratches on frame as seen in the pictures and substance in the middle of the glass panels. The slides for the living room were measured incorrectly and are still not installed. I received a call on September 26th telling me that they wouldn’t be able to complete the installation till the first week of December. Requested to speak with a manager and as of today, I haven’t heard from anyone. This was the second attempt I’ve made this request. We have had all our window treatment down in the living room for 3-months now. This is not the customer service I expect from Home Depot.
Jay W. was the most friendly and helpful person we have come across in a long time. The store was clean and orderly despite the craziness of hurricane Ian. Overall a wonderful experience.
Bought an appliance, paid for delivery set up and take away of our old appliance. Independent company delivered and told us they “could not install” that we had to wait to have a “free plumber” come to install within 3 days, and had us sign, which invalidated the 48 hour return policy. Lied to us, delivery guy said we had another 3 days after installing to return. Not correct. We trusted that Home Depot would have some kind of quality provisions, not so. Then on the 3rd day after delivery, after hearing nothing from the mythological plumber, I call Home Depot, get told to call the delivery guy, to hear we were “not even on the list”, and even though we were guaranteed installing within 3 days of delivery , “oh that is not going to happen” for the plumber, even though we heard the delivery guy supposedly call to place us on the list. After calling Home Depot, being told they have “nothing to do with the delivery” Calling the delivery place we were told they “don’t give out the plumber’s number”.. “it doesn’t work like that.” So here we are no options. With fraud in at least two steps of the simple process of buying a new appliance. We had issues with Home Depot before with purchasing online, but this was in store, this is on another level. Obviously Never buying anything from them again, so not worth ANY savings. Count on NO level of accountability. I am warning all friends and loved ones, online and neighbors. Save yourself the stress go anywhere else.

We've been using this store for years and never had any issues. We went post Hurricane Ian to get supplies after our house flooded and it was amazing how well the store was stocked and laid out for post hurricane affairs. I highly recommend this store!
Edwin in the Pro department was rude and as unhelpful as possible. Only person available in the pro area, doing research for some elderly customers. Taking forever. It's called prioritization. Explain the sale will take a moment get the actual pro back on the job and go back to your slow meticulous research.
The second we walked into Home Depot, a kind man named Bill approached us asking if we needed help. He researched the item we were looking for, walked us to the aisle it was in, helped us carry the heavy item into the cart, walked us to checkout, then walked us out to the car to help us. The most pleasant experience my mother and I have ever had in Home Depot at ANY location. If you want to have the best experience ever, ask for Bill! :
On a big project in siesta key Florida , Called the closest Home Depot which is was 30 minutes from me with traffic , Employee Chris answers phone in plumbing to tell me they have 6 inch pvc pipe and fittings . I then drive said 30 minutes to get what I need to see nothing available . Integrity of employees drops as pay goes up! I work really hard every single day and spend tons of money with Home Depot , I find this truly unacceptable
