To the kind lady at self check-out this morning 09/10 @around 9:50 A.M. Thank You for helping my little “Ticky” and I. My dog Luna and I had a great time. To Christa P. 09/09, Thank You for your help and recommendations with a smile it worked great And to Aaron both 9/9 & 09/10. I remembered you for not only your recommendations, helpfulness but overall demeanor and kindness. My dog is a pretty great judge in character, as most of them are. And she wanted to fake you home with us! Unfortunately l, we didn’t have room in the convertible today, as per usual, we overbought.. but who doesn’t @ this store. The sales were great! We haven’t had a run in with anyone yet that hasn’t been top-notch. But @Aaron always goes above and beyond and that’s what’ll keep me coming back.. and Luna, too looking forward to seeing y’all again soon!
I just want to say that Kane at the Lewisville Store is amazing! He truly went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to get the product we were looking for! Our family could not be more thrilled. Thank you thank you thank you Kane!
Department Supervisor Mikey Sipin is the epitome of what customer service is supposed to be, what it should be, what it used to be, and what is so rare today. I needed some help and found that the store policy had changed somewhat and he made it all right and took care of the issue perfectly. He did what was right by the customer. And he is just a very cool dude!
Customer service was very good at this store. I was looking at a specific item and noticed it had damage to the box, and two employees came over to help. They searched the store for another one and didn't give up until I had what I needed. Store manager was nice too. I'm tellin' ya, customer service is the most important part of a successful business model, and this store excels in it. 5 stars.
I came here to buy a utility dolly, and in that same time that I was there only 15 minutes I lost my keys. There was an African-American woman who stated she was a manager for the Night Shift and a white woman more on the heavier set side stating that she as well was a manager. We walked the whole entire area that I was in for roughly less than 20 minutes identified to call law enforcement because I didn’t feel safe knowing that my key was unable to be found. While I was waiting for law enforcement, the African-American “ manager” was very hostile very rude. She said “that I was gonna get dragged out, kicking and screaming and getting trespassed from the establishment. all because I don’t want to leave that I should have enough money to call for someone to make me a spare key” The more heavier set white women who claim to be a manager as well for the night shift stated that “ you called the police what do you think the police are going to do about lost keys?” They then proceeded to tell law-enforcement when they arrived that I have been at the establishment all day and that I seemed impaired. I told this African-American woman the exact time that I came in and what I did for the whole duration that I was. Law-enforcement help me find my keys and also let me know that I wasn’t being trespassed like the imbecile that stated that I was going to get dragged out kicking and screaming. I felt very alone in that situation at the time and very much misunderstood. You would think that your fellow woman would give you enough respect. I do not appreciate the kind of hostility in immature behavior I endeared. I’ve been a customer service and human resource management. for about eight years I also study law the behavior of experience by two of your “managers” is a palling when you have a customer who is upset and confused, you do not come in and bring a hostile attitude let alone an attitude that to me, seemed a bit threatening in all honesty these two women give Home Depot a very bad look, and I really do hope that there is some type of diversity training that there is some type of management training that will be in place for them. Because their behavior was disgusting. I will not be shopping at this location. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere and be appreciated as a customer and a human being rather than to be treated with such disrespect and with this appalling disrespectful immature miserable prejudicial behavior that was exhibited by these two individuals just shows me the Home Depot. Your hiring standards are very low. I genuinely needed assistance and was approached by two individuals that you couldn’t even differentiate from trash due to their behavior. And to the two so-called “ night managers” if I look like you and my attitude was like you just miserable I will treat people like trash too. That’s why I really don’t blame you. I just hope that your HR department and corporate knows how to handle discrepancies like you to.
I wanted to order a 36 inch storm door from Home Depot because they did not have the color I wanted in stock. They said they would have to have them come out and measure the opening for $40. It is just a stock door. Then I called about installation and they said it would be the price of the door plus $178 labor and $78 for materials. I said what materials, everthing is in the box. They said that is just what they charge. Cant print what I said then. Just get someone else to do the work
It's bewildering that management assumes everyone shopping there is a contractor who is accustomed to working outside in the heat. The temperature inside their store is utterly miserable. Several times I have been there with the intent of making a large purchase but had to walk out because at that temperature, I can't think clearly. I get sweaty and irate.. Three times now I've had to walk away and leave my cart in the aisle. Nothing else matters if I can't shop. Their website & app aren't very good..they give inaccurate search results, so shopping online isn't much more of a viable option. Glad Ace hardware is nearby.
Not happy. After being transferred multiple times and given different information, I got no resolution. They actually sent me directly to take a survey after no one got on the phone during one call. I ordered patio pavers. They delivered broken ones. They did pick up 2 of the broken ones they delivered. Waiting over a week for a refund. Will have to install one cracked paver because there won't be enough to finish the job. If I want a military discount I need to load up almost 3200 lbs of stuff myself to return to the store. I would rather just shop elsewhere, pay more, and get the job done right.
As most Home Depot’s, this location has a lot of great products for your home projects and beyond. The customer service from the staff here is excellent.
We always find great help at this location when we have our many home improvement projects! Many of the associates are very knowledgeable of the products and so much more!
