Always a nice place to shop for my gardening needs. Good quality merchandise. At self check out the cashiers offer no help to customers on the machine. And along with that kept looking away to the left and right as I tried to call her for assistance without yelling. I would expect if a cashier doesn't like to work or work their area, place them in another one. In the appliance area, however, they were all friendly and very informative. This was a visit on Wednesday,March 30, afternoon
I went to my local Home Depot in Vicksburg, MS around 30 min prior to close to get a myriad of items for our home. I was helped by the most helpful lady named Veronica. She was so kind and helpful. She went out of her way to help me find LIGHTBULBS. The woman at the paint counter was also so kind and helpful, she helped me with the finish of my paint as well as showing an interest in why I needed my paint. The customer service hit a home run tonight with kindness, patience, and guidance. Thank you all if you read this.
Today I went to the Vicksburg Home Depot in need of 15 bundle of shingles. Myron and Ken in the lumber department helped me load them on a cart and took them outside and loaded them in my truck. I appreciate these guys helping me.
It is ALWAYS, ALWAYS so difficult to get help at this location. We stand around for 20 to 30 minutes just waiting for help while watching several male employees pass us by then they will send a female to do the job. Well, at least someone eventually came. Smh!!!! PITIFUL!!!!!
Awesome experience. I ordered a window unit AC online and Vicksburg, 100 miles away was the only location that had one in stock. The staff at the cusomer service desk greeted me at the door and had my order on a cart and I was back in my car in less than 5 minutes. Unheard of theese days. Kudos to the staff!
