Purchased a mini fridge from this store and it was severely damaged. Massive dents on the front and in the interior, on top of that there was zero padding or protection inside the box. When exchanging the fridge at the Hamilton location the same fridge had foam padding on the top, bottom and corners of the fridge and wrapped in plastic. It seems that someone returned the fridge and Home Depot neglected to check on the condition of the fridge. Customer service was excellent.

I was looking at a product when an associate asked if I would buy a product x2 if she reduce the price of each to 55$ I said yeah great. When we reached checkout, she told the associate at checkout to drop the price to 60$ instead of 55$ then walked away quickly. I don’t care for the extra 10$. Love Home Depot and this store doesn't disappoint. Clean and organized with good stock. Good and consistent prices. Fantastic Christmas selection and displays. Help in departments is usually available, but has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great system with their self serve order pickup lockers at the entrance. Parking and access to the parking lot is fair.

Purchased 2 glacier bay toilets with installation. Staff at Home Depot in Burlington were amazing. More amazing was the installer, great follow up, and most efficient. Really was a relief to have the toilets replaced in such a stress relieving way.

FACT: this was the absolute BEST service I have EVER HAD at Home depot. I was in to buy a ceiling fan, i was served by "Chris" ......I wa unsure what I was buying, he never rushed, he took time to answer every question, he made recommendations based on personal experience and actual facts. He even stood by while I called my wife in case there were other questions. Thank you Chris you made this experience extremely positive. As well, all the other store associates were extremely friendly......no less than 6 or 7 associates said "hello" to me on my trek from the entrance to the electrical department. This is quite an anomaly as everyone know......normally when you enter retail stores nowadays especially big box stores, the workers do everything they can to avoid you. So this is a shout out to the Manager of this Home Depot......clearly you are and have made "customer service" a focus in your store. Well Done!

Well I went at the right time about 3 p.m. on a bright sunny Friday afternoon, the first sunshine in months!! The store was virtually empty. I went to the rental department hoping to rent a tool I didn't know the name of. Went to the tool department and had a lively lady help me. She even came to the rental department with me. No luck the rental department didn't have that type of tool to rent. So back to the tool department. The lady helping me indicated if I bought this particular battery pack I'd get the tool for free. Ultimately I would have preferred to rent the tool, but appreciated the help. As it turned out there was a bit of trouble with the computer recognizing the "deal" so two more people came to help. In all I had 5 employees available to help me. So pick your timing well if you like service!! Tool purchased was a Dewalt Oscillating multi-tool.

Samuel in Tools and Hardware went above and beyond to help me get the exact item I needed for my job. The issue I had was resolved in a matter of minutes thanks to him being very knowledgeable and attentive to the situation. Thank you Samuel for your help!

I am always satisfied with my experiences here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Eddie who goes above and beyond to ensure you find just what you need. I appreciate the usual large selection of items I am shopping for. I really love the tile backsplash choices, and that I can readily find their prices. Recently I had to return some tiles and take home some other choices. It was so quick and easy to return them. I am so glad the Guelph Line store is here and easy to access.

I would like to thank "Mrs. Georgette" for her help in finding the parts for my portable A/C which I needed to install in my little child's room. I was not familiar with the parts and how the things work, but she came forward to help me, found the pieces and guided me though that. She is so caring and professional.
