We ordered a dryer from Home Depot. On the day of delivery, January 27th, we called Home Depot to make sure they had us on the schedule. At the time, we didn't know Temco Logistics was delivering, we thought Home Depot did their own deliveries. We had left instructions for them to call ahead, as there is a combo lock on the door; and an alternate phone number. Home Depot told us they would call 30 minutes before the delivery. They never called any of the numbers we provided and we got an email saying they were sorry they missed us, two hours after they were supposed to make the delivery. We called and they said they had tried to call, but they DID NOT CALL. They said they called our main office, and the receptionists there told us they had NOT CALLED. We called and could not get information from Home Depot on who was doing the delivery. Finally, a manager gave us the name, but not the number. Today we did a search and found the company, but called the number and it said to call back during normal business hours. It's Saturday at 10:30am in Pomona, CA and the recording said they were opened until 6pm on Saturday. Yesterday, Home Depot said that someone would call Friday Afternoon or Saturday to reschedule. We are still waiting, and have10 people going to a laundromat to dry their clothes until we get this figure out.
Dont trust the return policy! "Simply take your purchase back to ANY Home Depot..." couldn't be further from the truth at the Montrose store. The Montrose store made me unload multiple heavy items before they would even look at my return request. Once the items were unloaded, they took one look at my order and said that they would not accept it because it was picked up at the Grand Junction store. I had stopped in the day before and asked the Montrose returns desk about this return of items picked up in Grand Junction, and they said no problem. Next morning, they refused to process the return and I had to load it all back into my truck. Wow, nothing simple about this return policy. Called their corporate office and they said the store should have accepted the returns. Corporate is sending a truck to pick it up from my house.
Horrible customer service , rude staff , and complain about having to their job and load vehicles. They try their hardest to avoid military discounts and they ring up to many items and have the audacity to argue with you over their mistakes and make a big hassle out of everything . The overweight young guy with mustache and beard at customer service is overwhelmed with arrogant nasty behavior.
Lumber quality is very bad for the price I finally started going to a local sawmill for lumber. They usually have every thing you want if you can chase someone down to help out. Other than that it's a good store.
Great customer service Jennifer in window coverings did a wonderful job cutting down our patio blinds. Very proficient. An another gentleman was also very knowledgeable in assisting my husband in the pipe fitting and irrigation section
Our cabin in Almont needed a replacement microwave. Gabby in the appliance department walked me through determining that one they had in stock would fit the space where the old one was installed with no changing of the built-in kit. She was super helpful and once we had the new microwave we were able to install with no problem. Cat at the service desk was also very helpful in getting the item paid for and picked up. Lovely employees.
I only come for the plants. Houseplant selection is repetitive and sad. You go expecting to buy a healthy plant to add to your collection. Instead you get plants that are dying because they are soaked and sitting in water, or you get crisp dead/dying. Plus this is the same selection I can get anywhere in town
HELLO??? Is there anybody working here? And don't try to call any specific department. Nobody ever answers. Hire some floor people or greeters who can help you get through the maze. If this is a SuperStore then get some Super customer care.
Nice and clean store. And stocked well. Found what I was looking for++ Found a deal on fire extinguishers perfect for kitchen & garage !
Got most of the things I needed to do some remodelling on my house! Windows especially!
