Nice luxury hotel. Really quite and peaceful which was surprising. It felt like we were the only ones there. Spacious rooms with a Big lush and comfortable bed A couple of restaurants onsite and nearby. It would be helpful if they had coffee bar. Everything was clean and neat. You have to request your room to be clean which is something they need to tell you upfront. Staff is very helpful. Need to mention again this was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at not a thing out of place.
Both good and bad here. The property is nice. Check-in was reasonably quick, and definitely friendly. The room was clean. Self parking wasn't bad. Bed was comfortable. I liked the fact that toiletries were individual containers, not the wall-mounted stuff. The fitness center was good On the other hand...3 nights, and the room was never cleaned nor straightened up. The light switches and window shades are all electronic. Very much a pain in the butt the first couple times. The restaurant was closed; construction apparently. Also, the bar was open only one of the 3 nights I was there. This place has potential. But, it's obviously tremendously understaffed, and communications to guests is non-existent. I would not have stayed there had I known there was no restaurant, no maid service, and a bar that barely opens.
I’ve stayed at multiple 5 and 4 star hotels. Other than there not being a restaurant coming soon they say I’m not sure how this place isn’t considered 5 stars. The hotel is in amazing shape, very well cleaned, and gorgeous. The room is spacious, gorgeous and technologically advanced. Blinds operated by buttons. Lighting with buttons. Bathroom is really nice. Attached garage parking with EV charging not free but reasonable. Not far from DC. Great restaurants in the area. Overall, highly recommend this hotel. Super happy with it, and very well worth the price.
Rooms are really nice, clean, and upscale. Certainly worthy of a 4* hotel. My room was a corner room. It was quite large. One window overlooked Route 1, and the other overlooked a roof mounted AC unit... That unit was quite loud, it didn't bother me one bit, in fact it was some nice white noise, however I could see that being bothersome to others. Parking here seems needlessly expensive, especially since there are multiple free overnight lots within walking distance only free 4pm-7am. Check-in / Check-out could be streamlined a bit, I am used to getting digital keys and having express checkout. Elevator use is awkward with having to tap your card while pressing the floor button simultaneously. That could be improved. No key in access to the front facing Rt 1 entrance so you have to go to the main side entrance at night.
Attended a company Christmas party. We live about 30 minutes away but decided to spend the entire weekend. So glad we did. This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Modern & sleek! Beautifully decorated for the holidays, spacious and clean rooms and immaculate art work through-out! This could easily make it on my top list of stay-cation spots.
This was certainly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It was beautiful. My king bed room was enormous. Everything was immaculate. Walking distance to eateries. Hi-tech lights & blinds in the room. I did not want to leave. I highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5
Very swanky hotel. Plush amenities and extremely clean. The customer service was very kind and answered all of my questions promptly. They answered the phone when I called. I’m allergic to feather pillows and they replaced them all. Only wish the kitchen or a restaurant was open during the week. We had to eat at the pizza place that closed at 9pm. They were good too. I had a drink at the bar and the mixologist was fantastic and cordial, she gave me some trail mix to snack on. I thoroughly enjoyed my three night stay.
The hotel is quite which is nice. No near restaurant around, but it’s not a big deal for me. Room service is complicated in this hotel and it seems to be a big deal. The room does not get cleaned unless you call the front desk and file a request! Even when you call and they note it down, they sometimes just don’t clean it. I left the room for 10 hours and when I came back I see it as is and the all cleaning staff has gone for the day! You need to follow up with them and ask multiple times to straightened things up! I stopped asking for room service after it happened to me the 3rd time. Communications to guests is non-existent. I would not have stayed there had I known no room service offered by default.
Recently stayed here for 5 nights. This hotel is right on the edge of campus. Very convenient to the Metro. Easy to get to metro station. Restaurants and bars are walkable from hotel. Parking in deck was easy if you have multiple keys use the same key to enter and exit. Rooms are nice and large. This is a quiet hotel. Rooms: Standard Room is large.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The only downside is that for the price we would have expected an iron and a microwave to be in each room. My husband was also very upset with the lights in each room, it was an upgraded system but when trying to get different lights to function at different times the system would not cooperate. I also had issues with the parking garage not letting us in/out with our room key. With that being said I would stay here again.
