Swedish/Relaxation Massage
[$45/60min - $65/90min]
~The goal of Swedish massage is to relax the entire body. Swedish massage is exceptional for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins and improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.
Deep Tissue Massage
[$30/30min target areas - $55/60min - $75/90min]
~Deep Tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage but is used to target knots and release chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia, the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints.
Pregnancy Massage
[$40/45min]
~Pregnancy massage is used for tranquil relaxation and reducing stress for the mother-to-be. It provides relief from muscle cramps, spasms and myofascial pain, especially in the lower back, hips and legs. Pregnancy massage can be done throughout the pregnancy (physician's approval recommended).
Chair Massage
[$12/15min]
~Chair Massage is especially nice for those on the go. The client remains fully clothed for this session with most of the emphasis being placed on the neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands.
