Coming up with a name for your business is tough. Its a lot like naming your first child: you want their name to encompass so many things. You don't know what your child will grow up to be, but you hope that whatever name you give him or her, will grow and become them. You hope that they will define their name and give it their own special meaning.
Its the same thing when Adel decided to name his business. He needed a word, something that defined what he'd always hoped his business to be. This is when the Hub Pub was born. Google defines the word "hub" in two different but very similar ways:

Since then, he grew attached to this idea-- this feeling of being a "center" or the "heart" of something. The center of a wheel where the spokes radiate out. A gathering place for people who want something delicious and warm and to share with friends. "The hub of family". A place for old and new friends. A place where your food is always made to order and the beer and wine is plentiful. A place where entertainment comes in a variety and has no bounds. A place where anyone and everyone is welcome.
