We have business accounts at various Huntingtons around the state and I hate coming to this one. Everyone is almost annoyed that you are there. The drive thru takes a wild amount of time and if I have more than one deposit they make me put it in the night drop and when I do they wait several days to process my deposits which is creating a huge issue with my accounting and LP departments.
I will not visit this branch again. We have a business account and personal account with Huntington. When we visited in February to do some wire transfers we inquired about setting up a business credit card. The staff heavily tried to pressure us into submitting an application for a line of credit. When we denied this, they pushed even harder telling us all the benefits. Every time we denied this they pushed harder for us to take the line of credit. We received a letter in the mail about the credit card within a few weeks of the application. We received a letter in the mail over a month later about the line of credit that we DID not authorize. We have submitted a complaint with Huntington. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH!
Worst Huntington ever. The people in there don't even want to try to help you. There's people working in there that have no business being there. I will never go to that branch ever again. I've been a business owner for over 20 years and have had my account there for over 20 years and I was very mis treated to say the least.
My neighborhood bank has been friendly and helpful for years. Over the past year, I dread coming here. Going through the drive thru is a painful and arduous task anymore. The drive thru is always understaffed. I always wait 20 minutes or more to be helped. They do not and cannot seem to fix the problem. I need to find another Huntington Branch to visit soon.
Went with my elderly father to withdraw money from drive through ATM machine which malfunctioned. It accepted the card but refused to dispense the money. Called the bank and they said to come inside. As soon as we walked in, bank employees were acting like we were there to rob the place and only reason we even went inside was because their ATM malfunctioned. Me and my dad are black and employees treating us this way we're black too white supervisors though
The worst bank I've ever been to. The branch manager Kym has no idea how to treat customers. She is beyond rude and doesn't even know how to do her job half the time. If you ever have to go anywhere to bank I would NEVER recommend going here or you will be treated extremely rudely and that is by the person in charge. Worst experiences ever. So glad to no longer have to deal with these horrible people and their horrible customer service.
Joke of a bank. Constantly don’t have enough change for my orders. Was told today they no longer accept more than 3 deposits through the drive through and I needs to come inside ?? What a joke and what’s the difference? Glad a new one is opening on Gemini this place is a joke.
Horrible..drive thru only and 1 person in the drive thru 3 lanes 1 person Friday at noon last Friday before Christmas...POOR planning...hire and schedule properly I shouldn't take me 50 minutes to pull cash out for holiday gifts better yet let my atm card pull out more than $400 a day...redicoulous!
Save your time, try another bank. Waited for 40 mins on one day. I was told I’ll get get a call back to schedule an appointment . Been a day and half never got a call nor can I reach a customer service person. On the whole just annoying.
Dione helped me and was very kind! The stuff was very friendly and patient. I had my 5 month old child and felt very comfortable going in there with her.
