The Inside Track for Screenwriting with Peter Fox
The Inside Track Workshops for Screenwriting has been in existence for ten years .It was founded and is conducted by Peter Fox, who has worked as a Reader and Development Executive at five major Hollywood studios, where he has written coverage on over one thousand screenplays. The benefit? Writers gain first hand insight into how screenplays become films., how some screenplays get to move on in the development process, as well as why other screenplays are instantly passed on. Graduates of the Workshop have gone on to pitch for the majors and top flight agents.
The Workshops have been presented at major film festivals throughout the Northeast, as well as over numerous engagements at The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts in Hartford, CT, Tripeg Studios in Hamden, CT, and The Count Basie Theater in Red Bank, N.J. The first national and international dates will be announced in the coming months.

3. Groups are limited to ensure maximum"bang for the buck" It is a Workshop, not a convention.
4. Writers learn how to CONNECT INTO THE INDUSTRY BY THEMSELVES, FOR THEMSELVES. These principles are covered in the final segment of the Workshop.
5. The Workshop is just that; a workshop. IT IS NOT A PERFORMANCE MONOLOGUE, PRESENTED IN THE SAME WAY IN MULTIPLE CITIES!.
As groups are smaller, and individually tailored to the participants, it HAS NEVER BEEN PRESENTED FROM A SCRIPT. This provides an atmosphere that is both challenging and intense, but also nurturing.
6. During the Workshops, you can ask questions whenever you want. In other workshops, which tour nationally, questions are not permitted until the end of the seminar, and are usually limited to a half hour or one hour. Unlike some of my competetors, asking a question will not get you yelled at, or thrown out!
