5/2023 Appt for periodic dental service. Maintaining their spacious beautiful calming interior. They have added to their art work collection. Staff was great as ever. My hygenist Jill was wonderful. She gave me some valuable tips and techniques to maintain good oral health. 9/2022 My appt was for 6thonth cleaning. No masks required. The interior is nice and calming. They have new art pieces and new procedures posted. The front desk staff were wonderful, friendly and caring. There was minimal wait for my appt. Jill the hygienist was great. She made me feel comfortable and at ease during the whole procedure. She also provided valuable tips for oral cleaning in between my 6 month cleaning. It was a great experience over all. Easy access off Hwy 95 and Jones. Ample parking with handicap access. Warm welcoming interior with incense, orchid greenery, comfortable seats all put you at ease. Friendly courteous customer service was excellent. You can register online to skip the paperwork at the office. My appointment was for a third opinion on tooth extraction replaced with implant. Dr. Jennifer Cha was great. She explained the procedure and answered all my questions. Of the three doctors she was the best. I felt confident and at ease with Dr Cha and her assistants.
Now that I am into three months of your care, the experience has just continued to expand. Nathan is an administrator extraordinaire. Christi is a terrific hygienist. And Dr Cha is simply beautiful. Truly comfortable even if it is a dentist office!
I have been extremely impressed with the service and bedside manner at Dental Implant Institute. All of the staff are extremely kind and welcoming. They are also very thorough and careful in their work. This is definitely the best dentist I have been to.
I love the Dental Implant Institute. The customer service is impeccable. Nathan always ensures that the appointments match my schedule. The oral surgeons are phenomenal, efficient, and professional! They are the best of the best! I see why they service many celebrities!
Vicki was extremely nice, very professional, spoke with great knowledge of her profession, & did a great job cleaning my teeth. I was sorry Jil had left the organization, but I am glad when someone betters themselves. Happy for her, but miss her!! As I have said before, "the sun rises and sets on Nathan!" The place would fall apart without him!!! He's the greatest !!! I am always impressed by how smoothly everything runs at Dental Implant Institute. Great employees, super clean and efficient workplace. Kudos to DII in every aspect!!
My husband and I are really happy we found this office. Nathan, the person who handles the front office, is really efficient and helpful. Dr. Cha and her team are very knowledgeable and friendly. They employ very good bedside manner which makes me, as a patient, really comfortable. I have had no issues with my procedure and even if something arises, I know I’m in good hands. I highly recommend this office.
Nathan always listens to concerns about scheduling and billing . I don’t agree with the added 10% if I use care credit just because I get discounts. Through my insurance. The dentist is one place most fear to begin with, added cost leads to more anxiety. Don’t shoot the messenger. Cost have skyrocketed. Dental Implant has been our family Dentist for years. It’d be great if I could leave with a smile after the shock of increases. There is much I do smile about. Jill is my dental hygienist. She is very professional, makes you feel at ease. Never reprimands for having difficulty reaching all your teeth. She gives positive encouragement. Dr Chou eases your mind by her soft touch, leaving you wondering if a dentist was even in your mouth. The dentist is not on the top of my to do list on any day, however this Dentist is one that offers coffee, mints, TV a lovely atmosphere, along with keeping relatively close to your scheduled appointment time. My daughter had a bridge. If something doesn’t fit. They make sure to make adjustments assuring it will fit. I highly recommend Dental Implant. My husband was very pleased with the implants he had put in there. They are so thoughtful and caring! they sent flowers for my husband’s memorial during the height of COVID 2020. They make you feel like a part of an extended family so SMILE flash your pearly whites.
Very happy with all of the personnel at the DII. They threat me like family. They always go out of their way to make sure that you are happy when leaving the office. Great job by everyone there.
Dr Cha always explains the step by step process. I'm very impatient and want my teeth perfect now. She has taught me to be patient with the healing process. Also, front desk very friendly and accommodating. Thank you. J.Amar
Had 2 crowns done at the same time, one is an implant, and both were done perfect! What is really amazing is the speed and efficiency of the dental work. So amazing! Recommend to get all your implants and crowns here for sure!!
