The Institute is a state-of-the-art training facility head by Coach David Blais and focusing on athletic movement skills. Offering specialized strength and conditioning programs for adults and youth. Our training classes are lead by certified coaches who specialize working in groups to create a motivating and fun atmosphere but tailor the workout to individual needs.
