I love this place. However, my visit yesterday didn't go as planned. I walked in to get an X-ray as ordered by my doctor at the South Balsam location. They processed me and I paid my copay. Then the x-ray tech came out and told the scheduler her time was blocked for an hour and she wasn't taking any patients. The scheduler had to void my payment and I had to drive to another Invision facility. Once I arrived at the South Park location, I was processed fairly quickly the check in person seemed a little overwhelmed and the tech was fantastic. So, I took off one star because it seemed the scheduler at the Balsam location simply didn't check the availability of x-ray before processing me. Not sure how the mix up occurred but the whole experience ended up taking more time out of my day, when I was already in pain and ready to get it over with!
Invision Sally Jobe is great!! I called in the morning and got an appointment at 3:30 that afternoon, check-in was quick and friendly, got called back in for the CT scan in about 10 minutes, the technician was experienced, then they sent my results to my GP before my 9:30 appointment the next morning!!! Very impressive!!!
Absolutely WONDERFUL staff! I worked closely with Cindy. She walked me through my entire visit and was an absolute gem. Cindy has a wonderful personality, she’s caring, and overall a “people person.” Every person I came into contact at this office was wonderful! The front desk staff was very friendly! There was another technician who helped me, I believe her name is Angela, and she was also wonderful to work with. I also witness a staff member helping a customer who spoke Spanish. They used a translation line, which shows even if they don’t have a staff member who speaks your language, they can most likely still help! I was VERY pleased with my visit, and honestly I didn’t want to be there because of my situation, but, I am so happy I came to this place because they really turned my bad day into a wonderful day. I can’t thank you all enough. Thank you for your kindness, and thank you for walking me through the procedure. It meant the world to me!
From the person who scheduled me, the person who checked me in, and the technician who did my study - everyone was extremely kind, empathic, and helpful! I was so grateful to all of them!
Sally Jobe is the best clinic for mammograms! I won’t go anywhere else! They are professional and kind!
I've had several appointments at this facility in the past year. I always appreciate that I don't have to wait for a long time, that the staff is friendly and professional, and the convenient location!
Every part of my experience was good, from appointment scheduling to check in and procedure. Everything was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and facility was pleasant and clean.
Everyone at Sally Jobe on Dry Creek is so kind and personable! The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that the cost of my mammogram almost double from a year ago. I am self pay so that makes it tough.
I’ve been going to Sally Jobe for many years and have never had a negative experience. With a new primary doctor, I was sent to another imaging center for my routine mammogram where something odd appeared on my films. I went back to Sally Jobe for the follow up mammogram and ultrasound, which was scary. I remember it was a very cold day and the heat was out in the building… But the staff at Sally Jobe managed to make us all comfortable, offering warm blankets while we waited, etc. My follow up images thankfully showed nothing abnormal! They made sure to review them while I waited so I walked out with an answer right away, without having to wait nervously at home for results. It turned out that the original films taken at the other imaging center had some foreign substance on the equipment or glass that appeared on my films to look like an abnormality. All the staff at Sally Jobe that I had direct interactions with that day were SO empathetic, caring and comforting during my visit… it meant the world to me, as it was a pretty scary experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Sally Jobe’s staff is THE best.
The people are very friendly there and everything went smoothly so I will give it a thumbs up and a five-star rating or a 10-star rating or whatever it's very good. Thank you for your service
