Went in today because my grandmother necklace broke. The lady that helped me was so kind and quick to suggest different things we could do to fix it. 10 minutes later it looked brand new. At check out she offered to clean my wedding ring and to stop by anytime for a free ring clean. Amazing customer service and results.

I came in with a ring too big that was also custom made on etsy. Not only were they able to color match my ring, but they even added the little details that were on the band of it! It looks perfect! They also took my ring size just to make sure. They're very detail oriented and they got my ring back to me the very next day! Thank you Ali! You've made me a very happy customer!

I took my ring there to resize it. They made it 2 sizes bigger and it looks absolutely beautiful! The work is quality, the customer service is genuine, and they were so kind. He was also able to identify the stone which I bought at an antique store. They had it labeled wrong. I have another ring that needs stones which they sell and I will definitely be taking it in to get it set with my kid's birthstones.

Went in for a bracelet repair. The repair was cheaply done. I told her it wasn’t strong enough to last because it’s a bracelet and had broken before so I wanted to make sure it was a strong repair. She said it would cost more to make it stronger - how about you just fix it right the first time and not try to upcharge? The girl was super unpleasant and unprofessional to the point of being dismissive and rude. I would recommend pretty much anywhere else.

I have gone to Ali for many ring resizings! Each time he is so quick and makes me feel so assured about leaving my jewelry with him! This time he helped me redesign my ring and I am OBSESSED! He’s the guy you should go to. Every time.

Great service, quick, competent. I brought in my husbands wedding ring to be sized down to fit me and thought I would leave it and pick it up in a week or so. He laser-cut and finished it beautifully in an hour and a half. And he’s a master on getting the size perfect

I had stranded myself at the mall when I realized there was no battery in my car keys. I locked the car when I went to study at a coffee shop and didn’t realize I locked myself out until I got out. People recommended to this jewelry shop to see if I could get a watch battery for my keys and I can say the service was exceptional. Ali did everything he could to help, the staff are great problem solvers and will try everything before they turn you away. Ali ended up having a battery for me that was bit too small but he also worked around with my keys to make sure the battery wouldn’t move and that it would work. I am grateful to this place because they saved me in a pinch! Thanks guys!

I’ve been to the Jewelry Doctor a few times over the past few years. Great and easy to work with. I’m not sure if it’s new ownership, but I went in to get 4 prongs tightened on a stone and was quoted $55. Then I was also quoted a rhodium plating for $110 . Needless to say I’ll be going elsewhere.

This is such a great local business to support!  I needed some pieces fixed, and I went this place based on their reviews and I was not disappointed! The owner and one of his employees that always assisted me were helpful and kind! The service was well done and I’m very grateful for a shop that offers affordable and quality jewelry repair!

Omg I can’t say enough good things. I walked up and they were super attentive and nice. They fixed my bracelet within 10 minutes and the price was so affordable. I would HIGHLY recommend going here for jewelry fixes!
