I purchased a 3 1/2 karat round lab created diamond to put in a setting that I owned. Very easy to work with and lots of selection and different price points. So if you’re looking for a small diamond or a much larger diamond they have what you were looking for. I like that they have both natural stone and lab created diamonds as well. Highly recommend checking them out.
I had a great experience Stormy assisted me with my purchase. She was informative on all the products I asked her about. She was very friendly with a great personality. The price I paid was very reasonable
My experience with Shelby not sure if I’m spelling his name right was such a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about my diamond earrings and took complete care of my issue. He also offered to clean my wedding ring.
I brought an engagement ring and it was customized. I paid for a .68 diamond as it states on the receipt. We decided to upgrade and the diamond was measured as being only .48. This was very disappointing. Especially after all the repeat business we have done and the customers I referred to shop there. It’s totally unfair. You guys are a national chain. I’m reporting this to the BBB. Be cautious when shopping and/or have a jeweler with integrity to assist you while shopping at the Overland, Mo location.
Neisha was amazing! She was very knowledgeable in recommending pieces that I would like, and explaining the style of the stones. She took a personal interest in the occasion of the purchase, and she offered to clean my jewelry pieces I already own. 10/10 customer service!
Neisha , Has sold me multiple pieces. She is very knowledgeable about jewelry and has helped me pick pieces perfect for me. I already have my eyes on my next set of diamond hoop earrings.
We went in to get my other half a ring and we met Neisha who helped us get his ring and then he opted to get me one as well! She was great and knowledgeable and just awesome to work with!!
