Friendly, very helpful. Willing to give options and advice, then let you decide.

This is how I feel. Since adding a child to my policy, then having the policies seperated, I have had nothing but ongoing issues. Their website STINKS, the policy numbers are invalid, even calling to make a payment gives them trouble at least 1/2 of the time. Their phone system STINKS. How can you enter a policy number, when even their computer systems do Not update correctly ? Therefore, calling my main branch to verbally make a payment.... I Dread it Every Month. You pay a membership for what?? If you dont use it ?? Its not aarp for goodness sake- i pay Extra, for a huge thorn where the sun dont shine. Its a monthly bill, way overpriced & at that, ive never had such issues giving my money, to a company thats harder yet getting them to take it. Issues by the way, have been going on for well over 2 yrs... Itd be nice, if they got their stuff together. Its not like they dont get paid enough Excess !!!!!

Joe and his staff do a wonderful job!  They respond immediately and professionally whenever I have a question or claim.  Very happy I chose Joe and Farm Bureau!

Looking for a new Insurance company. They NEVER return calls when they say they will ..  ANd they dont keep my loan holders up to date on my insurance..
