Tyler was super patient with me! My wife is the normal purchaser but I found myself needing to go alone. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful in making decisions on what to buy. Thank you so much for being patient with me! The Joint is now our go to stop!
Always a great experience. Tonight, James helped me. Even though I had like 4 questions in the first 7 seconds, he got me exactly what I was lookin for. Thanks man! Oh ps the beard game is ridiculous
I enjoy their employees, they are knowledgable of what they have on hand and can recommend various options. They have a varied selection at inexpensive to frankly ridiculous prices. I Have had good grams of oil for 10 on super sales as well as some good halves of bud at the 50 range. The high end Clear distillates are also good if have the funds or want to treat yourself at the 50 a gram range. As long as you plan to shop in the store this is a 5 star experience. However, I give them a 4 for the fact their online pre order service is completely busted. Since I learned of it I have ordered online 7 times in an attempt to save time, 6 out of 7 of those times the items I ordered came back as unavailable or out of stock, the one time it worked one of the items was available, the rest were not. Thankfully they will give the online order discount for your alternative. I have had very professional experiences with this complaint at the store level. I still love this store just wish the order online feature was a little more organized Edit: Many months after my initial review they still have online issues and it does not save time once you get in store since it is the same line. Still a 5 star in store experience but online really needs work. They frequently "forget" to add the online discount. I say "forget" because if it was once or twice coincidence but every other time I make an online order I have to remind them to put in the discount so it feels a little like a gotcha game. Edit 05/18/2021: Maria always gets the online discount, is polite, chats if not too busy and just generally an awesome employee. Edit 5/20/2021: Colbi always gets the online discount when I preorder and tells me about any deals that are similar to products I am getting. Edit 7/01/2021 Rodney is awesome super polite, fixed up the preorder quick, just enough conversation to feel like he cares about his customers Edit 7/10/2021 Dont get avalanche, the hole was closed for the syringe for the oil to come out. Had to literally break off the glass nipple inside to have it come out. Then it was so thick I had to heat up the thankfully glass syringe in order to get it to flow out. Don't even know how you get shatter consistency concentrate in a syringe. Edit 7/22/2021 Brady was polite, chatted about anime with me as finishing up the transaction. Found me some substitutes for products that were out on my preorder, also remembered to ask about my phone number for the loyalty program and got me my online order discounts Edit 11/24/2021 Breeanna was fast in finding my preorder and got me rang out with no fuss. She seemed happy to help and wished me a happy thanksgiving. The preorder system has also drastically improved in both accuracy of what I order being available or having an easy substitute as well as implementing a secondary online order line. Edit 12/15/2021 Colbi yet again doing a phenomenal job on getting the correct items for the online order, being personable and making me feel welcome. Even learned about his band Sunmother and new track just released called Supernova. Edit 2/14/2022 Ethan was polite, found my preorder fast, asked for my loyalty number and got me in and out and happy. Edit 8/5/2022 Benjamin was great,got my preorder quick and even spread some love for coworkers outside interests like the Sunmother band members open mics. Picture of the Sour Lemon OG is example of a 10 dollar gram on 30% sale day Edit 10/03/2023 Jordan is always very pleasant and makes sure to get the discount on everytime for having a number. She is knowledgable on deals and alternatives if the items ordered online are out when arrive.
I had a preorder but it wasn’t looking too hot and Tyler made sure give me some other options within my price range. I can tell he wants to make sure every customer he serves is happy! Give him a raise!
This is my favorite lil neighborhood spot, they got deals on deals and if you online order you get an extra discount and you get to skip the line. Anna helped me and she was so amazing, kind, knowledgeable and helpful I swear I'll never go anywhere else!! Thanks Anna you're the best <3!!

They’re always friendly & knowledgeable. The plus for me is they have their own parking lot, I don’t have to drive around blocks like some places
