Grief takes time and understanding. Claudia can walk with you for a while on your own journey. I provide individual counseling, small groups and workshops. Listening is the first part of the work, and sessions can be done in person or via skype.
Storytelling, creative writing, collage work, touch drawing and authentic movement are modalities that we can utilize to help you process your loss, rediscover your connection with your Self and develop the next phase of your life.
