We had a unique property in Chester Springs that we wanted to put on the market. The first two agents I interviewed didn't seem to have a grasp on the value of our property or the truly unique aspects it possessed... and we began to question whether we were seeing things the wrong way. Kathy was our third interview and she knew from the second she drove up that this was as unique a property as we believed. There was a confidence that Kathy brought to the table that only comes from years of success and the experience it brings with it. We chose her immediately. To make a long story short, we not only got what we hoped for, we got even more than we expected. Her ability to market the property and negotiate the offers was quite savvy. We ended up getting almost 10% more than asking price with terms that were extremely favorable for us, the seller. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
Fantastic Agent. We used Kathy to sell our property, after having rented it for many years. Originally our plan was to sell by owner, which we initiated. Kathy reached out to us and knew every detail of the property without asking us. She also thought we were selling too low, and offered to list it. It was a true win-win, since she did an amazing job, AND also sold the property for several thousand dollars more than we had anticipated.
Consummate͏ Professional I could not have been more pleased with my selling experience. From our first Zoom meeting I am located out of state to the final closing detail, Kathy was professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful. We had some fun along the way too! She has a lot of experience and does a very good job of marketing.
