Attorney Donald J. Kilfin attended Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida from 1997-2000. Upon graduating, he accepted a position with the Pinellas/Pasco State Attorney's Office where he worked as a prosecutor for the next six years. From 2008-2013, Mr. Kilfin was a partner in one of Pinellas County's most successful and well-respected criminal defense firms. In 2013, he opened The Kilfin Law Firm, P.C., a full service criminal defense firm representing clients throughout the Tampa Bay area including St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tampa, New Port Richey, Dade City and Bradenton.
