My experience with them has been: 1. Retainer for a service 2. Service not received as led to believe 3. Retainer kept as one person in reviews refers to making sure every bit in retainer is used even when services stopped long before 4. Refuses to provide itemized breakdown of charges when requested multiple times. 5. Given the run-a-round on the phone. My personal experience has led me to feel this firm is not ethical due to my general statements above. I will keep details out. Life lesson: Some attorneys are life-changing and great, and some scheme, create havoc, and cause further despair. I’ve discovered there are many bad and many good attorneys throughout life, but one thing is certain: before you hire and sign that retainer with any attorney, make sure you have in writing that you expect an itemized and detailed accounting, that’s the LEAST a professional could do!, and any unused portion of retainer is returned to you in a timely manner TIMELINESS, and get on recording what they plan to do for you, what that looks like, and have them tell you face to face if they’re going to take your case seriously and treat you with respect and human decency. Ask any attorney point blank. I won’t provide photos as Google allows, but know this experience, this choice to use this firm affected my family. Negatively. It hurt…. Emotionally and financially. We would have been better off representing ourselves. You can learn and study how to represent yourselves, if you have a talent for finding holes, keeping with facts, and deep research or investigative work, asking difficult to realize questions, and in keeping and having evidence, it is possible to succeed in court by representing yourselves. Never lose hope! And find a 5-star attorney…. Tell them your expectations, and what you expect from professionals.

Mr. Klammer has done and continues to do amazing, once-in-a-lifetime and, depending on who you are, life-changing work for the incarcerated. He came to us by recommendation, and let me tell you, it was hard to find someone willing to commit to anything for our cause. Our Cause. Capital 'C'. My best friend, who I met while incarcerated, too, on completely separate charges, Eileen. He dove in to case files from 1990 and went on a hunt for long forgotten dockets and testimonies and.. now my best friend, for the first time in 33 years has been recommended for parole. Her final hearing is here in September and we have hope and belief that she will be finalized for release by a full panel of beard members. His whole team has gone above and beyond what we had hoped to accomplish or achieve. We're almost there Mr. Klammer!! Eileen was sentences to 15-life for a Murder charge from 1990.
