Maggie Kuhl is an attorney focusing mostly on family law matters. Mrs. Kuhl (formerly Maggie Kincaid) is a life-long resident of Putnam County and an Alumni of Winfield High School. Mrs. Kuhl graduated from Marshall University with a bachelors in Political Science in 1994. Mrs. Kuhl then graduated from West Virginia University College of Law in 1997, and was admitted to the practice of law in October of 1997.
Mrs. Kuhl practiced law in Charleston, WV, for several years before becoming a stay at home mom. She returned to work in 2009, working for G. Wayne Van Bibber, in Hurricane, WV.
In addition to her retained domestic cases, Mrs. Kuhl serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in Family and Circuit Court, and is a trained Mediator for family law matters. Mrs. Kuhl's passion and calling is helping individuals, families, and children protect their rights and interest when they are thrust in the middle of the court system. Mrs. Kuhl recognizes the emotional and personal components to these types of matters and is there to assist her clients successfully navigate the legal process.
Mrs. Kuhl resides in Putnam County with her husband, Charlie Kuhl, and their seven children. She is a member of Teays Valley Church of God, where she facilitates a class for single parents. She spends her free time taxing children to various sporting activities and has served as the Mistress of Ceremonies for show choir and band competitions.
