Should you need to exchange an item, we offer merchandise exchange only on regular priced items, no refunds. Regular priced items must be returned with all tags attached, odor free from smoke and pets, and be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

If items are shipped: To exchange and item please contact us within 10 calendar days from the date shipped. We will then give you our address and the customer will ship the item back to us and once we receive your package, we will process your exchange and should the item meet our policy requirements we will get your items for exchange.
