Posting this from a throwaway account so you don't know my name my wife and I came into the store looking for a few things, and to start off, 1 the store is very cluttered and disorganized, things are jammed so tightly onto the racks that they fall onto the floor when you go to inspect them. 2 they're basically three times the price of anything you'll find on Amazon, it's nice to see it in person before purchase but it's ridiculously expensive. The quality is subpar if not identical to any cheap item you could find in any other store. And 3 you get greeted by an intense smell of vanilla and it's almost like they spray the entire store with perfume. These are not my main grievances but I think they should be made aware. After browsing for about half an hour my wife and I had found things we wanted to buy so we went up to check out, I took out my phone to look at my bank account balance to make sure I would be able to cover the cost of the items in my hand, and a loud booming voice from behind the counter from where I could not see who it came from yelled at me to put my phone away and that there are no phones allowed in the store. I almost put all of my items down and walked out. Be wary if you decide to stop in here as they are not as welcoming and accepting as they choose to advertise. The person behind the counter explicitly called me a sir and did not care about my gender identity. Overall I would rate this place negative if I could. There's something shady going on here that is probably illegal but who am I to say. Be careful.
I would give negative stars if I could. I was here when it first opened, but an 8 year old was behind the register, so I left. Today, and I am in the parking lot crying as I’m typing this, I went to go inside and the door was locked. A lady opened the door and asked me to get a mask, which is totally fine. Then she said I can’t bring my purse in the store and if I have a wallet, she will hold it. I said okay no problem I’ll be right back…that’s kind of strange. And she yells, “actually never mind” and slams and locks the door. My jaw dropped in disbelief. Not only did you make a bad first and second impression, you lost a sale, which makes no sense. I hope karma catches up to you and that you learn how to treat people , but then again if I was that decrepit and disgusting I would probably be nasty and rude too
Went to this amazing store a month ago and the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was my first time and she answered all my questions and I spent almost 2 hours in there. I love her. Went again today and she remembered me. This is my go to place. She is up to date with everything.
My husband and I stopped by on a rare night without kids. Had to ring a doorbell to wait to be approved for entry to the store. An extremely annoyed looking man opened the door and said I could not bring my purse.....into a store called the Ladies Room. Then he says we need masks. I did not have one with me, but am happy to wear one. He said I could buy one of his for a dollar. I asked if I could put the dollar on my bill at the end with the rest of my purchase. He rudely said "how do I know you're going to buy anything?" Well, sir, because I've spent money in this store at least 5 or 6 different times and I already knew I was going to buy more than one thing. But never again. they don't have anything you cannot find elsewhere. They clearly have too much business to be turning customers away at the door.
I have never been to this store before so I wasn’t aware of the strict Covid protocols. After I rang the doorbell a woman the owner told me I can’t bring in my handbag and must leave it in the car She then gave me a squirt of hand sanitizer, and gloves. She took my temperature. She told me absolutely no cell phone use in the store and I then placed my phone and car key into the plastic bag she gave me. She is an elderly woman so I do understand the worrisome of getting Covid . I had a mask on however I did not have an N95 mask just a cloth one. If I had known I would have certainly brought one! I proceeded to walk around the store and she then came over and yelled at me and said to lift my mask up . That it is not covering my nose. Well I’m a school teacher and I can assure you that it was indeed covering my nose. Otherwise I wouldn’t be allowed to wear it in school .She literally came over to me 5 different times and yelled at me. She told me I would have to leave if my mask fell again. At this point I am feeling very offended , however I walked around literally holding my mask to my face so that she wouldn’t yell again. The store does carry some beautiful lingerie . I didn’t know my exact size but she made it clear that I can’t try it on which I get and there are no returns. I was okay with this after all it is lingerie. I ended up spending $167 on two pieces of lingerie. My only displeasure was with the way in which she talks to her customers. You should treat them with respect and certainly don’t yell at them! She is very rude. Will I return maybe, but if she reads this she needs to understand that you get more bees with honey and she needs to learn how to speak to people with kindness. Also she never once came up to me to ask if I needed help finding anything . That is just not the way to do business. I am not sure if I will be returning.
I’ve been here several times both before and after Covid and I never had any issue. I was there about two weeks ago the Covid protocol is still in place due to her and her family being a high-risk family. I am very respectful of that And I wore a mask. You do have to ring a doorbell and wait for her to come to the door to let you in. She will sanitize your hands, give you clear plastic gloves and a clear plastic bag for your things. Not a big deal at all. The Selection & amount of inventory they have is fantastic. I believe their lingerie goes up to size 4xor 5X and they have a hearty selection in every size . Never once did the owner or her husband bother me while I shopped and I prefer it that way. I had to seek her out for a question, but she made herself available back by the register area. I definitely did not have any bad experiences since I have been shopping there. Bottom line : No mask - no entry. Don’t give her attitude but respect her as a small business owner. And as with most companies, you cannot try on the lingerie. It’s always best to size up. Great selection of toys & other items from mild to wild for date night, bachelorette parties or a special evening with your significant other .
Terrible, Terrible place and experience. The stuff is over priced. There's an older man who there who is super creepy. I went in alone and he FOLLOWED me around the store and just stared. He never offered to help me. He just stared. It was so uncomfortable. The second time I went, I made the mistake of looking at my insulin pump. Which is a very expensive medical device. He stormed over and started laying into me and my husband that we're not allowed to use cell phones. I showed it to him and explained that it's not a phone and medical equipment. He told me that I'm not allowed to have a phone in the store and I need to give it to him. He told me I can get it back when we leave with a purchase. We left without buying anything and I'll never be back. Both times I was there, they had a young kid-may 9 or 10- watching loud cartoons behold the counter. Super creepy place.
Upon reading the other reviews, I didn’t know what to expect. Some made the place seem like a dump and others praised it. I had to see for myself. Learning from other reviews, I left my phone and purse in the car as did the other woman entering when I did. While it may seem like overkill with the gloves and such, it is a mom and pop shop run by an older couple. If they wanna be safe, who cares. It’s their store. They had a huge selection, all wonderfully labeled, and I found a bunch of stuff I liked and bought. I was greeted when I came in and thanked when I left. The prices were decent. More expensive than amazon, sure, but cheaper than places like adult world with much more to offer. And the quality seemed fine to me. Anyone who wears lingerie frequently knows that most lingerie is cheaply made, especially big brands. They don’t make the stuff. They just sell it. For frequent lingerie wearers or exotic dancers, this place is great. For first timers, don’t bother these people. Get disappointed by amazon or other chain stores :
Owner is rude and ignorant. My fiance and I had to leave her store because of her bad attitude. All the stuff is overpriced. You can get the same stuff for a third of the price on Amazon. Don't patronize her store she doesn't deserve the business.
I drove 45 minutes to bring my wife here to select a fun and sexy outfit. Dolores couldn’t be bothered to welcome or assist us. She was cheerful to remind us they would be closing soon. When we were trying to decide between two products at the end, her primary input was to remind us they were closed. She whined several times about having been there 12 hours, had to get her grandson home.... She sincerely should not be in this business. We specifically chose this store figuring a female staffed store would make such a purchase more comfortable. We were left with a very bad first impression. They have great inventory, priced high compared to amazon but not compared to other brick and mortar stores. I hope they get it figured out and develop a positive customer service model. 1 Greet your customers warmly. 2 Offer assistance when you can tell people are interested but inexperienced. 3 Hide the young boy, lest moms trying to get back in touch with their desirability, coming in to peruse be reminded they are moms. 4 When you want to nudge people along at closing time, ask how you can help with final selections. 5 Do not write defensive responses to negative reviews unless you respond to ALL reviews.
