I had a wonderful experience at this location! The staff was all super friendly & welcoming and when I spoke with my consultant as to why I was there Botox to help with jaw pain she was honest and made sure to ask the Dr. if this was something he could help with before I spent the money. Dr. Jochen was very friendly and I could tell he’s genuine person! He was quick, gentle and the whole process was super quick. I think it’s to early to tell if it’s going to help me with my jaw pain, but I knew going into it that it could work/not work but I was willing to give it a shot. I would definitely come back here again for other cosmetic procedures as I know I will be in great hands with Dr. Jochen & his staff!

Dr. Todd and his staff are great.  I filled out forms prior to appointment anx was taken to treatment room within 10 minutes. After examining area to be treated, he began treatment of the area. After the 10 minute wait for any reaction,he rechecked the area. He gave exact instructions for home care. My next appointment was scheduled that day for the time frame I needed. I have told several friends and1 has switched offices. Doctor Todd and his staff are all 10s.

I love going to this office! Wait times are never long, and all staff are friendly, caring, and listen to my concerns. The office is immaculate. Jessica and Brenda are absolute sweethearts and very professional. Would recommend for any skincare needs.

I have been going to Dr Jochen for over 20 years. I go regularly for body checks and have had 3 Mohs surgeries. He is a kind, caring person and extremely thorough, His staff are all professional and attentive. I continue to recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent dermatologist, I wouldn’t go anywhere else,

I’ve been going to Contour for over a year now because of my acne. They’re the large, red, stiff and painful kind. They prescribed, benzoyl peroxide, clindamycin and doxycycline pills. Nothing has changed since seeing them and they keep prescribing the same things with no adjustment. I missed my last appointment and they didn’t refill anything however, 5 days later and my face is more clear than when I started. Quite displeased.

Called made an appointment, they checked the insurance and all was in order. After filling out their documents online for one hour, they told me they don't take that insurance and I can pay cash. Seems intensional, so you would pay cash. The receptionist wasn't very accommodating either. Better check another company.  Update: what do you expect to do? Have us pay for a procedure included in the insurance and then show us how good you are?

I have had the distinct pleasure to visit Contour Dermatology on numerous occasions.  Dr. Timothy Jochen  leads a first class organization, providing skin care and cosmetic surgery to the Coachella Valley.  The entire staff continually offers outstanding customer service while demonstrating knowledge and expertise in meeting the needs of their clients.  Contour Dermatology is a first class organization that one can trust for the very best service and stellar results.

I called to get a quote and I couldn't believe the rudeness of the lady at the front desk and the disrespect then I ask for a manager and she refused to put a manager over the phone do yourself a favor don't spend your money in that place find another place that will treat you with respect!!don't go there they are horrible!!!

Four stars just because my first consult felt rushed not with Dr. Bhupathy. But I went in for a lipoma removal today with Dr. Bhupathy and he was awesome! Along with his assistant Dulce! I am kind of shy so don’t always ask all the questions I want to because I feel like I’m interrupting, but he paused and gave me multiple opportunities to ask any questions during the whole procedure. Highly recommend! Five stars for Dr. Bhupathy!

My first time here and I loved it. Jessica helped me with everything I went in for. Everyone was super friendly and helpful I highly recommend them to everyone
