I have had no issues with this place. It is well kept and clean and the owner is very kind. It costs $2 per washer and 25¢ for 5 minutes for the dryer. I always do 20 minutes and it seems to do the trick. That equates to $3 per load. They have a machine for change and another to exchange quarters for detergent. The only downside is there is only one laundry cart but it never seems to be an issue as there is almost no one ever here. I recommend bringing a basket!
Been here twice. First time, no issue. Second time, the dryer would start for 10 second, then stop. Wouldn't have been an issue if i was watching it like a hawk, but i naively went down the block to have a beer while I waited. Came back to my clothes still soaked with 20 minutes on the timer. Now I know why this $hithole has such a poor rating. Also, there is literally only one cart in the whole place to transfer your clothes from washer to dryer
Needs machines attended to. But extremely clean. It's quiet and nice to sit relax and do laundry. Read a book or just enjoy the sound of a dryer. Nothing more
Fantastic place! Clean, convenient, good prices and the machines work as you would expect. Not to be rude, but these other reviewers must not know how to do laundry. I showed up around 9AM to do 8 loads of laundry used half of the 16 regular sized washing machines and was done in under 2 hours. Spent less than $30. Just don't load too many clothes into one machine and you'll be fine. Six out of the 8 loads dried in 20 minutes $1 in the dryers. I would definitely come back here to do more laundry. Was also the only person in the place for a majority of the time. 5 stars.
Equal parts small corner laundromat and urban neighborhood... love it! The manager or owner takes care to maintain it, but it's not fancy. There's a change machine bills only, no credit cards and a detergent vending machine. There are also very large machines for your comforters, etc. Check the machine before you use it for items left by the last user.
I give it 4 starts because it's clean and appears to be well maintained. Machines are older but seemed to work well. It's $1.75 to use the washer, dryers are $.25 per 6 minutes. Minimal space to wait till laundry is done, and no wifi.
Nice space! Too bad it is not open 24/7 like it used to be. Clean! New dryers! Still clean and bright. Dryers are very effective! Towels dried in regular time! No need to augment drying time for thicker material. Good place! Architecturally pleasing space!
Small space. No ATM had to run to get change multiple times. Small space. Only one rolling cart. Nice thing about it is it's not crowded during the weekdays.
Lost money in a non-working vending machine. No one around to help.
FIX YOUR MACHINES! It's been months! Like 95% of your washers are broken!
