Having a fun staff takes a lot of the dull out of laundry, and the people there make the laundromat feel like a community. They even taught me how to fold fitted sheets! You can pay by card to do your laundry, which is amazingly convenient. A lot of people I know swear by their wash and fold service. Laundry has become a very relaxing chore since I started coming here.
We had a disaster at home and needed to use a laundry right away. Neither one of us has been in one in decades. We came in just in time to be done before closing. Tristan was amazing, walking us through which machines would be best and sharing helpful hints. We actually enjoyed our conversation with him.
I enjoy coming here when I want to just get a bunch of loads done at one time. It's clean, quiet and the staff is always very helpful.
Friendly staff, fairly clean. 3 stars because the dryers are always either full or not working. Most of the time they are being used by staff. Make sure you check the lint filters, doesn’t seem like they are cleaned out regularly. All in all, not a bad place.
CLEAN shop. the staff here is so helpful and nice they helped me back and forth to my car with my clothes for weeks since iv had a wrist injury. Drop off and pick service is very reasonably priced. Texted when it was ready for pick up and when it was delayed. Machines are new all work and did mention clean?. Highly recommend!
Katie was super awesome and originally asked if it was OK if my laundry would be done Saturday because they were backed up… This was on a Thursday evening. Then I get a text message just a few hours later on Thursday telling me my laundry was done. I was not in a rush but I think I might have made a face so she thought it was important and I think it is super sweet that She put a rush on my laundry just based on that. They are super sweet super organized and super efficient at what they do and it is so greatly appreciated. Thank you so much Katie!!!!
I had two comforters cleaned here. I went to pick them up and one was missing. I was told that since I came to pick them up after 30 days less than 60 dayshad passed since they were ready, that they were not responsible according to their policy. I tried to reason with them because I felt this was not an acceptable reason in my opinion. I was just ignored after multiple trips back trying to talk to an owner. What I didn't know was the first day I went to pick up my items I actually talked to one of the owners who didn't mention that he was an owner. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed. BTW the quality of the cleaning of the one comforter was not good.
It is my favorite place to get my clothes clean they have brand new machines and the staff is always helpful and kind. Some people just need to have patience and understand it's a laundry matt and we're all here to do the same thing. Other than that it's clean and it's always a good time.
Great place to go for all your laundry needs. They have plenty of machines and they have drop off service. They also have dry cleaning which is at a good price and always on time
The laundry shak is the cleanest laundromat for miles. While there's been some employee turn over while I've been going. They're always friendly and fairly accommodating attendants. New washing machines have recently been installed.
