So I like this place because it is 24hours and is extremely convenient. I can go there put laundry in go workout for 30 mins come back put items in the dryer and hang up non drying clothing, then go work out for another 30 mins come back fold clothes and head home to get ready for work. What I don't like is there is no one on-site just a number to text. They do answer but I used a large washer and was mindlessly putting coins in and then finally realized it wasn't lighting up and could not start it so I believed it was broken. There was not amount posted for this washer. But the average cost for the smaller size is $2 to almost $3 and can not be certain but i believe i definitely put that much in ther and nothing happened. Following the posted instructions I requested a refund and they sent me $1 and it was addressed to another person so I texted them and my response was since I could Tel them the exact amount I put in they sent me $1. Now that is not only insulting but nonsensical. You sent $1 in the mail??? Needless to say I was not happy and quit frankly insulted. After telling them they could have kept that and I will never frequent them again they sent me $3 more and apologized, but said the washer wasn't broken. I said well then you need to post the cost of the dryer so people can know how much it is because all the quarters I put in still didn't start the machine so I hate to know how much it really cost.
First and last time coming here! The three ladies working were in the corner gossiping about customers meanwhile, the rest of the establishment was a total mess. Floors had dirt and mud was not rainingbunch dry sheets, garbage on floor, table had garbage, empty laundry soap. I had too ask for a rag too wipe down table to fold my clothes. I was not impressed
I did my laundry on the 3rd of july the laundromat is packed like people are watching the superbowl but still they have enough washers and driers to accomodate youe laundry needs. Keep on bubbling!
My daughter was there doing her laundry. I met her there. It seemed to be a nice clean place to do your laundry. My daughter like it. It's 24 hours service. I am fortunate to have washer and dryer in my home. I only have to go to a laundry mat to do large items.
Always clean, thanks to the woman employee who is constantly mopping or sweeping wiping down machines and wonderful customer service and support
Horrible service. They charge 5$ all the time for any card you use. Even for the dryer they take 5$ instead of .25cents. I told the clerk lady named Marisol and she refused to help me and told me I needed to take my clothes home to dry and come back in the morning to speak to the manager that they can’t give out money to customers and their manager isn’t available for them to get the money. She took a picture of my phone and still told me she can’t help me & ITS 12:02 at night. MIND YOU SHE TOLD ME TAKE MY WET CLOTHES HOME. I would never come here again. Make your customers happy instead of screaming in your lobby bc their frustrated and their clothes are wet.
I have been coming here for years for service. It’s fantastic, especially for the employees. Unfortunately, on 10/6/2022, I experienced the worst thing. I was drying, and I had four machines that two out to fold when I was done; when to get my other I realized there was only one. I talked to the staff. They were very kind help which we come to the conclusion that someone had must of taken my clothes they told me tomorrow the manager will contact you. His name is Carlos, and he gave me a horrible treatment. He told me we're not responsible for any damage if someone took your clothes out of the dryer and took them with them. I am not sure I can help with it. He no world of a apology, and to top it off, he told me, " Oh, do a police report. We don’t care, and it’s not my responsibility at all, excuse me what type of person does this takes clothes which don’t look like yours and for the manager and owner, not even an apology or even trying to help with what I lost the only reason I go here is that I feel safe it’s my neighborhood laundromat which I been going for years hope who ever reads make sure to keep on eye on your dryers.

The staff went well and beyond my expectations... My clothes always come out clean and fresh... it is very well lighted in the place... The parking lot is really small and tight... but drive 5 miles to get to this one...
