For the past few years, we were loyal customers but we no longer will bring in our family pet. The quality of grooming has dropped, a lot.  Our most recent visit to Laundry Mutt Too, the groomer badly injured her. When I picked her up I was dismayed to see her with a buzz cut. The groomer said her hair was matted so he had to cut off all her hair and that the trimmer got caught in her skin. There was a 2-inch gash on her neck and another cut on her front leg.  Our dog is a gentle 7-pound 14-year-old Bichon Frise, easy to handle and fragile. There is no excuse for the groomer to perform such poor workmanship. Additional training and supervision are warranted. I mention this with the hope that no other dogs will be injured.

I have a very skittish yorkie mix - adopted from Paws a few months ago.  Jessica, at the Winnetka location, is fabulous.  This little guy is so difficult to keep calm and quiet that grooming him can be quite a chore.  The first groomer I took him to gave up after trying unsuccessfully for over an hour to do anything with him.  After his first visit to the LaundryMutt Too, he looked almost civilized.  Jessica was able to clean up his face and body; clipped his nails and got his legs in relatively decent shape. The second visit was a complete success - he actually looks civilized now.  Highly recommended.

Jessica has groomed my dog for at least five years.  My dog Saje runs to get to her. She is lovely and a great friend and groomer.

This was our first grooming at Laundry Mutt and we loved it.
