I really wish I could rate this firm higher. They say, they will never remember what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel. I retained this firm out of a high recommendation from a friend who used them for some trademarking. I myself have a startup nonprofit and wanted to make sure my stuff was secure. I let Andrea know from the gate that our funds were right so I wanted to keep things as cost efficient as possible. I honestly don’t think she cared. She cares more about the dollar than the person behind the dollar. I would ask questions for clarity in an email and instead of answering them directly she would instruct me to schedule a $400 consultation. I ended up needing some assistance with a cease and desist from another organization and I honestly did not feel supported at all. I felt like a burden and a hinderance. There are things I would ask for that were disregarded or emails I would respond to that were ignored. It would take weeks to send out a letter, but the moment I mentioned I found another firm who I felt could better support me and my organization with the letter, we were dropped like a bad habit. She withdrew from the attorney client relationship faster than I had ever seen her work on any of our other projects. I truly wish her the best and understand we are all doing the best in this thing called life, I just wish there was more compassion and humanness in our interactions. Hopefully, this will help somebody have a better experience. With love
