This review is on behalf of his client. Do not hire if you need criminal law defense. He will not file any motions. He will not provide you requested information. He will not make contact with you and is almost impossible to get a hold of until you constantly bug him. He will not provide sound proof evidence to the prosecutor. You are better off with a public defender. Court took over a year because he kept prolonging it due to not being ready. $8000 later and received nothing.

Xavier did a very good job with my case. Made it easy to communicate while I was already incarcerated. Responded when I reached out for questions or concerns regarding my case listened to my case details and very easy to work with.

Worst lawyer money can buy. Constantly showed up late to every one of my court cases including a no call no show. He did nothing for my case. My co-defendants public defender did all of the leg work that eventually helped my case. I wasted $7,000 of my money on this guy and I hope someone doesn’t do the same in the future.

The worse lawyer I've ever hired. Never had a straight answer, always maybe, probably, I don't know He sent information to immigration that he was never supposed to sent. Now my case is harder thanks to thise guy and his partner " I guess now day anyone can be a lawyer. Please people be careful with thise kind of "lawyers" I've learned the hard way.

One of the best lawyers I've hired privately to handle my case he worked hard and was a little slow at getting back to me by phone but that's because he didn't have a direct answer for me at the time but he did call back as soon as he did and he was always at my court hearings and he fought hard for me id recommend anyone to him he's family oriented and I respect him a lot for what he does thank you xavior for being there for us on and off the clock and taking time from your family to help me and mine
