Attorneys Zinn Brown and Tim Ford grew up in the area and after attending law school, Zinn graduating from the South Texas College of Law and Tim from the Texas Wesleyan University College of Law, returned to start their legal practice. We offer a broad array of legal services for all of your needs - we specialize in Criminal Law, Family Law, and Wills, Trust and Probate Law. Though we have over 20 years cumulative legal experience, our practice in Mineral Springs is recently established. Attorney Thomas Zinn Brown is founding partner of The Law Office of Brown and Ford LLC, and has practiced law in the state of Texas since 2009. Mr. Brown was raised in Mineral Wells and graduated from Mineral Wells High School in 2001. After high school Mr. Brown studied as a double major in Finance and Marketing at Texas Tech University. While he was a student at Texas Tech, he was a successful Student Portfolio Manager of a student managed investment endowment fund at the Rawls College of Business. In 2006 Mr. Brown graduated a cum laude Honors Graduate from Texas Tech University and continued his education at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. While at Law School from 2006- 2009, Mr. Brown was the Texas State Bar Representative for South Texas College of Law. Mr. Brown was also a member of Delta Theta Phi Honor Society, Family Probate Legal Society, the Law School Mock Trial Team and the Student Bar Association. Along with three other law school classmates, Mr. Brown created the South Texas Criminal Justice Project in which they investigated claims of actual innocence based on questionable evidence tested at the Houston Police Department Crime Lab. He later became the Director of Public Relations for this project.
