When I say lazy & works when he wants to . I’m only talking about Cary Lackey . Good lawyer when he wants to be but lazy asl when he is mad about problems at home . Then will do the bare minimum to help with your case. If you get him as a public pretender you most definitely better ask for a change of counsel. I watched him in action working as a public pretender & he let his client all the way down. He is there to take your money & rail road his clients. Please Be Aware
Mr.Lackey is one of the BEST attorneys!!! You know how you see on TV when a Judge straightens up when certain lawyers enter the courtroom?? HE IS THAT LAWYER!!! He doesn't sugar coat things he is a straight shooter and I highly recommend him!!! He is a modern day Perry Mason
I was fortunately able to hire Cary Lackey after months of being stuck with a public defender who had done no work on my complicated case. The legal system can be terrifying and confusing to navigate and you need an advocate like Mr. Lackey who will listen and treat you with respect and like a human being. Once Mr. Lackey took my case, he got busy immediately doing what should have been filed on my case from the beginning. He worked diligently, answered all questions that I and my family had promptly, and was very knowledgable about criminal law. I felt defended during court appearances which alleviated the stress of going to court. His rates are reasonable and clear up front, and he puts in the work to get you the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend him!
Mr. Lackey is a competent and skilled attorney. He devoted a generous amount of his time and effort to meeting repeatedly with the prosecutor of my case, putting in several motions and eventually bargaining my case down until my charges were dismissed entirely. I was completely satisfied with his representation and I would certainly recommend him for his consummate expertise and professionalism.
Cary Lacky is an excellent attorney ! He represented me on a harassment case in Mesa. Trial lasted 3 hours, of which he put on an exceptional defense. The result was Not Guilty !
