Gregory A. Slate earned his JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2014 and is a member of the State Bar of Maryland.
Mr. Slate earned his JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2014. While at UB, he represented low-income clients in criminal cases for the Office of the Public Defender for Prince George's County. He also externed for the felony trial division in the Office of the Public Defender in Baltimore City.
Mr. Slate is a former investigative journalist focusing on police and official misconduct. He went to law school to increase his ability to help the poor and marginalized. His practice will focus on police misconduct, employment matters, consumer law, and small-business startups.
Mr. Slate completed the International Human Rights Law program at the University of Oxford in 2011. He earned his BS in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2006.
Mr. Slate is a member of the State Bar of Maryland and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
