Jordan Fields has been practicing in Stuart since 1977. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Martin County Bar Association, and the Martin County Estate Planning Council. He is on the board of directors of the Treasure Coast Hospice Foundation, Inc. and is past president and long time board member of the Florida Oceanographic Society. Jordan has served on the Florida Bar Ethics Committee and the Grievance Committee for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, State of Florida.

Mr. Fields has been licensed to practice law since 1975 and has represented countless families and individuals over that time. Together with his staff, Mr. Fields prides himself on offering convenient client service. In order to continue this level of service and to further assist his clients, Mr. Fields hired a young attorney, Robert Shaffer. Mr. Shaffer graduated from Martin County High School and after obtaining his law degree, he decided return to his hometown to begin practicing.
To begin your basic estate plan Mr. Fields or his associate will ask you a number of questions and gather information. Mr Fields and his staff will then prepare your documents. You and Mr. Fields or his associate, will review the documents once more. In most cases, you will leave the office with your own personal estate plan within sixty to ninety minutes of arriving at the office.
Mr. Fields also handles more complex forms of estate planning and represents personal representatives in the probate process. Additionally, Mr. Fields represents clients in real estate transactions.
