The Law Office of Scott R. Rosenberg opened in February 2005. I practice exclusively in Gaston County, North Carolina in criminal and traffic law defense. I began practicing law in Gaston County in 1997, when I was hired as an assistant district attorney by Michael K. Lands, who was district attorney at that time. Prior to this, I worked as an intern for the district attorney. I left the district attorney’s office to become an associate for one of Gaston County’s most respected and successful defense attorneys. Due to concerns with my parents’ health, I left that firm to assist my parents’ company as in-house counsel and president. Shortly thereafter, the family business was sold and I started my own law office.
