She has extensive trial experience from juvenile matters to capital felonies, and has represented men and women facing the death penalty throughout the State of Georgia.
Teri is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals. She has a proven ability to analyze, investigate, and litigate with extraordinary advocacy in the face of the most demanding pressures.
A native of Montgomery, Alabama, Teri is a Life Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and is known for volunteering in her community and mentoring youth. In 2012 she was recognized by her law school for her dedication to humanity. In 2011 she was honored by The Lady and Her Legacy for her service to community.
