History
The Law Offices of Allmeroth & Garner, along with our predecessor law firm Garner, Zahn and Allmeroth, have been located in our current offices on Seventh Street in Long Beach, California since 1970, when attorneys Victor Zahn and Dwight Garner relocated their practice from Atlantic Avenue. Mr. Allmeroth joined the firm as a partner in 1981.
Our civil litigation attorneys represent a variety of clients in Long Beach and Southern California. We assist our clients in recovering for losses related to car accidents, and damages arising from personal injury. In addition to representing clients in automotive and injury cases, we have also represented clients in commercial disputes, intentional torts, and property disputes.
Our probate and estate planning department at Allmeroth & Garner has been a trusted source for estate planning in Long Beach for over fifty years. Our attorneys assist the individual client by drafting wills, establishing trusts, and litigating probate matters.
