He graduated from Clemson University (B.S., 2004 cum laude) and from the University of South Carolina, School of Law (J.D., 2007 top 1/3). He is a member in good standing with the Georgia Bar and the South Carolina Bar, which allows him to practice as a DUI lawyer in both states.
Justin is an experienced jury trial attorney and former prosecutor in both South Carolina and Georgia. He is a former Assistant District Attorney in Savannah, GA, and he is a former Assistant Solicitor in SC's 16th Judicial Circuit.
In Georgia, he worked with the Counter Narcotics Team (CNT) as one of two special drug attorneys for all of Chatham County. Prior to working the most serious felony drug cases, he worked as a DUI prosecutor in Chatham County's State Court. Also, in South Carolina, Justin worked as a felony drug prosecutor with the York County Drug Enforcement Unit. Before working a drug case load, he worked as a DUI prosecutor.
