Sean Kilkenny established the practice in 2015, after serving for more than 12 years as a key advisor and counsel on municipal, real estate, zoning, permitting, environmental, financing, employment and litigation matters throughout suburban Philadelphia.
Today, our attorneys have extensive experience in all areas of municipal law and serve as the appointed solicitor to numerous municipal government entities including Whitemarsh Township, Jenkintown Borough, Millbourne Borough, East Norriton Township, Lansdale Borough, the Municipality of Norristown, Morrisville Borough, the Central Bucks Regional Police Department, Kennett Township, the City of Chester Zoning Hearing Board, the Cheltenham Township Zoning Hearing Board, and also as special tax counsel to Upper Merion Township and special counsel to Bristol Township School District. The representation of such a wide range of municipal entities brings our attorneys an incomparable level of expertise.
A dedication to public service resulted in Sean’s election to Sheriff of Montgomery County in 2015. As a member of the U.S. Army Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps, Sean has served his country as an officer in both the active duty U.S. Army, and U.S. Army Reserve for more than two decades.
