Shirley Daniels Pellarchy, Esquire
Attorney Pellarchy received a Bachelor's Degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and continued her education at Stetson University, College of Law where she earned a Juris Doctorate Degree. She has greater than 19 years of experience in legal representation. The law firm focuses its practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Probate Law. Attorney Pellarchy believes in giving each case the time and attention it deserves.
In addition to the practice of law, Attorney Pellarchy liberally gives her time and expertise while mentoring youth and advancing community efforts. She has served as a volunteer at Mid Florida Credit Union for the past 10 years, currently serving on the Board of Directors. Attorney Pellarchy is a member of Virgil Hawkins Bar and Lakeland Bar where she serves as treasurer and governor, respectively. She is licensed to practice law both in federal and state courts. Sarah D Saunders, Legal Assistant
Sarah Saunders recently joined the law office after more than 42 years of service with State Farm Insurance Company. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, personal injury protection (PIP), bodily injury (BI), and insurance matters in general.
Sarah's tenure at State Farm included working as a Claim Service Assistant and in Auto Underwriting. More recently, Sarah served as lead trainer as freely shared her expertise. She was an active member of Toastmaster Club 1178, commencing in 1989. Leading by example, Sarah was a Toastmaster mentor for many years. Sarah often relays that, " People don't care how much you know, until they know that you care."
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys quality time with her family, traveling and (of course) shopping. We welcome Sarah to our team here at the Law Offices of Shirley Pellarchy.
