Calling all BSC, Samford, and UAB students! A business that caters to the typical, everyday, lazy college student. We'll come meet you, pick up your clothes (dry-cleaning too!), and bring them back to you the next day.
Starting on January 15, 2013, we will be open for business until the end of the month. This is a business that is run by a BA 499 group with all of the profits going back to Birmingham-Southern College as a gift to help continue on with a strong education program. Payments will be accepted in the form of cash, credit, and debit!
Why are we starting this business? There's a need for it, believe it or not. Who honestly wants to take the time to do their own laundry or go track down a dry-cleaners? No college student, that's for sure, and we know this because our group consists of 6 college students who feel your pain.
Let us do this for you! Here's how you'll do it: You'll call us, tell us what you have, and then one of us will meet you and get your clothes from you outside of your dorm. Then, we'll bring them back the next day. How easy is that? Cleaned clothes will be washed, dried, folded, and packaged. Dry-Cleaned clothing will be hung up with wrap over them.
Who do we service? College students that attend Birmingham-Southern College, Samford, and UAB.
Now, you might be wondering how much that this will cost you... right? Well, it's actually not that expensive. For a large garbage bag full of clothes, we'll only charge you $10, and for every additional bag, we'll only charge you $5 for each bag during that one order. All of your clothes will be separated and washed by same colors, so no worries, and we'll have your clothes in their own cycle so that they won't get mixed up with anyone else's clothes.
