I was really disappointed at this learning experience. My son had attended one of the learning experience centers at Bergen County when he was 2 years old, and we had a great experience. I enrolled my son in this Union learning experience and had to withdraw him because the teachers in the pre-k 2 class last year were so hostile and so unprofessional. I had never seen so much hostility against kids. I then started seeing certain negative traits in my child that I had never seen before. The environment wasn’t just right. The owner of the school doesn’t care about your concerns too. The class was also too small for over 24 kids. I was told to take my son’s duvet home each day because of lack of space. I withdrew my son and enrolled him in another place and I couldn’t be happier. My son was back to his usual self.
We've really enjoyed our experience at TLE. Our son has grown so much in the past year and a 1/2 that he's been enrolled. The teachers, staff, and administrators are wonderful and so caring. Can't wait to send our second child in the fall.
We are super happy with TLE in Union! the staff is amazing, helpful and very kind. we have two kids, different age groups enrolled, and they are very happy in the classes. Im greatful for this center and the people who make it that great.
We have had a wonderful experience so far at TLE with both children! It is amazing to see how much they love daycare. Whenever I take my son out of his carseat, he immediately wants to wave hello to everyone. He also reaches for his teacher in the morning. At the end of the day, my daughter and I look at the pictures from the app together so we can talk about all of her activities. When I ask her about her friends, she also names her teachers. The classrooms are clean, and the curriculum nicely targets multiple areas of child development.
As the parent of a child who has attended this facility since the age of 6 months old, I've had plenty of experiences. She is now 3.5 and many things have changed and so has she. The pandemic has created many interferences regarding staffing. There are many greats, but growth is always in order. The curriculum is rich and the teachers are knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter's teachers are and were wonderful. I APPRECIATE each member of the staff. Thank you all again for all you do and have done to assist in my little one's development. :
For the past 4 1/2 years my son has attended TLE and durning this time my son has flourished. I cannot say enough about the staff/teachers, the curriculum and life skills they have taught my son. From the beginning the staff has always been attentive, caring and maintained open communication with my family. The TLE staff cared for my son as if he was their own. I couldn’t have asked for a safer and more caring place to care for my child. The curriculum provided has given my son the skills needed to start kindergarten, as well as prepare my wife and I for the next steps in our sons future. Thank you TLE.
The teachers & administrative staff at TLE Union are great! They genuinely care for, love & nurture the children entrusted to their care. I’m amazed at the work they’re doing in the preschool classes to prepare the children for kindergarten. Our son has attended this center for a year and has learned so much. When he first enrolled, there were a couple of issues with missing clothing yes, labeled with his name and the staff worked diligently until the items were returned. Marie, Ashley and Jessica are so kind and sweet. They're amazing adminstrators who peform their jobs very well. Jasmine and April are wonderful teachers. Our son is happy and thriving here. I can't speak for the infant/toddler experience, but the preschool experience has been a pleasure. I highly recommend this center.
My son started TLE in September 2021 and he and I couldn't be more happier. My son loves going to TLE to the point he asks every night whether he's coming back the next day. His speech improved tremendously and so has his imagination. It brings me such joy knowing that my son is safe and comfortable. Marie and Jessica know how to welcome each parent and child every morning which speaks so much volume. I am so happy I chose TLE for my son!
Highly Recommend! As a working mom, the teachers, staff and management made my transition back to work SO much easier. They were very responsive to any request and needs. My husband and I trusted them fully because you can really tell how much they care about your child. In our search for a new daycare, we have found it is extremely rare for anyone to offer such a great program for infants. They do TONS of activities with the infants and you never need to worry that your child is left in a crib/swing/chair all day. My daughter will definitely be here for a long time.
