Went today because I wasn’t feeling well and Nina Mallett NP was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and had me in and out quickly with a diagnosis and prescription and I am already feeling so much better!! I will definitely be going back to her for future quick visits
I have never had a more thorough provider, Nina Mallett NP, than today at The Little Clinic! I went in with an ear infection and came out with in depth knowledge regarding allergies and all things related! I just recently developed allergies and didn't realize the toll it takes on the body. Nina was kind, knowledgable, professional, and overall the best provider I have seen! Thank you so much, I have nothing but great things to say!
My son was turned away because the clerk/nurse couldn't find his insurance in their system. He has an insurance card and the policy is in good standing. The nurse/clerk should have called the number on the back of the card if they were having problems.....seems utterly ridiculous to refuse treatment due to their clerical incompetence.
I wish I could give zero stars. The experience was horrible. After canceling my boyfriends appointment they made him wait almost 2 hours. The whole time trying to get a covid test Lucille Milliken was giving him the most disgusting looks for no reason, and when someone gave us their appointment she continued to ignore us, call the next person and slam the door while telling the receptionist "do whatever you want with them." Then she proceeded to talk poorly about me and our friend, you may work in Healthcare but customer service skills are important. Unprofessional and rude.
Amazing people.. Thank you for what you do! I read a couple other reviews and obviously a couple of the most recent people have not tried an ED recently, the wait times are crazy long and I know there are 2 sides to every story, so I came here anyway and had a wonderful experience with the NP Lucy!
I completely understand needing to make appointments but things happen unexpectedly and people need to be seen when things that you don’t expect to happen occur. It is absolutely ridiculous to be turned away at 8:30 in the morning for a visit because they aren’t taking walk ins except vaccines that day! Just another healthcare system that doesn’t care about patients only how to make a quick buck
Worst service ever, they show no sense of urgency and walk in’s are horrible they tell you it will be a 7 hour wait time that is just ridiculous when you choose to go to a clinic for medical help. They don’t show any compassion and they act like your bothering them when you come in. I made an appointment at 3:45 pm got there at 3:50pm and they would not even make an exception having driven all the way from Marion Ohio after driving an hour away from work to be told l can’t be seen. When l tried to explain she would not even hear it and said well okay bye Very disappointed and will never come back here again l will be going to CVS from now on they are much better. I gave them a 1 star because l had to highlight a star
We arrived at 6:40 because the website said walk in wait time was 5 minutes. We checked in and sat down. From the office a lady yelled to us “do you need something”. I said I had just checked my son in. She continued to yell from her office, not bothering to walk over to us. She said if I wanted a guaranteed visit I needed to do it online. I told her it wouldn’t let me. She said because we close at 7:30, no more appointments I have paperwork to do and we had to call 911 today. I asked, so he can’t be seen, that should be on the website. She said said it does. I replied no it says walk in wait time less than 5 minutes. She said oh yeah that’s right. 6:40, close at 7:30 but won’t see my kid with an ear ache because of paperwork. And yells at me from 30 feet away the whole time. Poor business practice.
worst experience ever, I walked in first and the lady at the from roxy started assisting another person before me, and when she did try to assist, she used no type of pleasantries, the lady roxy and the nurse nisha keeler was the worse I every met in a life time, they both was not friendly nor professional, they would not take my id insurance card that was scanned on my iphone, roxy washed the counters down right in front in off me and my 8 year afro American niece as if we were dirty and carrying diseases, that topped it off, that was very rude, I ended up leaving to go to cvs, which was a way better experience for me and my niece. if you are not prepared to deal with sick people, then you do not need to be working in the public
We were so confused. The wife of a co-worker tested positive for covid. We have heard so much in the news about coronavirus, but when it touches you in some remote way, we didn't know how to be responsible. The woman at the little clinic probably answers a million questions a day about covid-19; she was patient and informative and reassuring. Thank you!
