I have taken Daisy here many times. You drop off in the morning and they call you when they are finished. They provide them with a cute bandanna It lights up my day every time. Everyone is so sweet and the dogs get to play together so it’s great play date as well. Highly recommend I don’t see any reason to go anywhere else. Thank you little dog house Daisy loves you.
Keep your dogs away from this place!!! Took my dog grooming and my dog was terrified and shaking when I picked her up. Dog was there all day and kept calling to check up on her and was told she wasn’t ready. A week goes by, dog had a yearly physical and Drs came out and showed me a cotton ball that was left inside my dogs ear, and a huge cut on her tail. She asked where my dog was being groomed I said the little dog house in Goleta. Was told stay away from that horrible place.multiple complaints and bad customer service and terrible owner.
Omg they were so great!! Really professional and Bingo had a great time with them. Added some photos to show the adorable bandana they put on him! Support small businesses : UPDATE: he went for a birthday grooming sesh to look all handsome for his big day and they did such a lovely job. He’s so happy!!
The Little Dog House always does a great job with our puppers! They do a nice job with grooming and our pups seem happy when they are there.
Dropped my dog off for day care its a small hole in the wall place but seemed nice. When I picked him up he was fine they took good care of him he didn't seem off in anyway. Only thing I'd like is to be able to have more of a look into the kennels and see how they work, my dog is my child and I'd like to see exactly where he's staying. But besides that the lady who picked up and dropped off was a little standoffish but I get she could've been busy or something‍ but anyways I would definitely take my dog back for day care
They did a great job of making Scruffy look sharp again. Best haircut he had so far for his second birthday.
My main coin cat need a lil fur TLC. Sierra did a great job and my fur child was well taken care of and came back to me fresh to death! The only think I would have to say is timing of his drop off was a little disorganized, but they made up for it in caring for my gato! Thanks again!
My dog was clean upon picking her up but will not be returning. That’s the only reason for two stars. Staff does not care about customers and for any long hair/curly hair breeds the other negative reviews ring true. Here’s my list of reasons: 1 I have a short hair dog breed. And they shaved her in a spot to test if she was? 2 staff was super standoffish 3 took my dog without asking what services I wanted done 4was telling a lady that they groomed her dog correctly as she desperately showed them the cuts on the dog from the shears and they shaved it down to the skin
I personally love The Little Dog House. Every 3-4 months, I take my maltipoo to the Little Dog house, and every time she comes back, I am not disappointed. The Little Dog House always dresses up my dog in seasonal "outfits," small touches that include a flowery bandana, or a Halloween themed bow in her ears. The actual cut is incredible; it is even and everything is straight and short. I would highly recommend The Little Dog House!
The groomers did such an excellent job at not only her physical appearance and haircut but her emotional state as well. She went in scared and shaking and came out so happy and comfortable. They were professional and following Covid standards. We will be back!
