The Little York

It has been a long time since I visited the Little York. Wow, is it fantastic! The food, the service, the people. Try a Ribeye. Their steaks are better than most "Steak Houses". They have an assortment of local beer on tap. The staff and bar tenders are delightful. Vegetarian options: They have pasta and veggies and other things Kid-friendliness: Kids could come here, but you could also not bring them lol Parking: There is a lot by the old Mill for overflow

This last weekend was my brother birthday and we decided to order from The Little York and we were very pleased with our food! It was so delicious I don’t think anyone had leftovers! My brother, Fiancé and I went to pick up our order and we sat at the bar for a drink, the staff was awesome! They recommended one of their special drinks and I can’t remember the name but it was AMAZING and REFRESHING!! We will definitely be back!

We’re local and selfishly hate to promote Little York only because we don’t want it to get overcrowded. But the menu and food quality are outstanding. Excellent local tavern food and drink. Carly is on the floor always smiling and that shows through their helpful staff. Don’t go there. Stay home.Food: 5/5

All the food was great, super friendly service and it was relatively cheap as well. This place is worth the drive! The grilled chicken wings were the only part of the visit that wasn’t fantastic. The skin was a bit rubbery but flavor was on point. The rest of the meal was 10/10.

Update, 1 year later: Still one of our favorite local spots! Always new menu items, lots of Italian inspirations, fresh local produce and meats. Today we had a dessert we'd never heard of and it was to die for; a berry posset. It's always a real treat going to The Little York, no matter how often we go. This was our first time here and Little York did not disappoint! The wings were some of the best we've ever had. Great atmosphere and very friendly service. Parking: Parking behind the restaurant and in the lot across the street by the old mill. We always go right when they open, or after 7, otherwise it's packed!

This is one of the best places to go in the area. Great pizza as well as entrees. Some of the best staff I've ever met anywhere and always a great time! The burgers, both smash and regular, are the best! If you're ever there for the rodeo burger special, I highly recommend. May be the best burger I've ever eaten!!Food: 5/5

Travel Nurse and wife here passed through With our camper last fall and found this little gem! Mountain View campground is amazing and he recommended The Little York Tavern. The best ribeye ever! We were heading back north back to Maine for the summer and drove 700 miles to make it here just before closing to get this meal again! The owners wife and bar tender “Mel” remembered us and our story from 6 months ago! Great atmosphere and people in this same town of Milford, NJ. Even if it’s not on your way take a side trip and stop in, you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent place, great vibe and Carly was amazing, she was not only attentive to our needs, but she had a beautiful smile the entire time doing so. It’s hard to find a place where they appreciate their customers, and she did just that and then some. The food was outstanding! We will definitely be back.Food: 5/5

Everything we ate here was phenomenal! Highly recommend the smash burger, chicken parm switch to vodka sauce - you won’t regret it, and their marg pizza. Still dreaming of that chicken parm till todayFood: 5/5

Really great food and atmosphere. Highly recommend. Casual dress ok. Beers on tap w/ full bar. He had: steak & broccoli I had: caprese salad add shrimp with a side of garlic cheese bread.
