The Lobster Food Truck

Stumbled on this food truck at the Milford Memories festival. Got the Maine roll served on a lightly toasted bun. Really good lobster but not great. What kept this from being five stars for me is that the filling was too cold and seemed almost frozen or just barely thawed. Would’ve been so much better just slightly chilled especially being served on a toasted bun but for almost $30 it didn’t meet the hype today.

Oh My Gosh we love this food truck so much. We try to find it whenever we can. The lobster is always fresh. We’ve had just about everything on that menu and never had a bad experience. We definitely recommend.

Simply a delicious meal today that was had by my babe and I. We visited them from Saint Clair Shores all the way to Ramadan at Night in Dearborn. It’s was truly amazing evening. The lobster tacos and lobster tots were soo tasty, the tots was lacking a bit of lobster tbh, not like 3 months ago where they put an substantial amount of lobster meat. Always good though

Ordered the Connecticut rolls and the lobster bisque. There was definitely no lemon in the lemon butter, the lobster was a little over done so it was rubbery so I couldn’t share much of it with my baby because it was too tough. The lobster bisque was alright but was cold and just tasted a little odd so I didn’t eat much of it. I’m super sad about it because I spent almost $40 and I was soooo excited to eat this for dinner tonight because I was out of town the last time this truck was here.

Stumbled upon this food truck and I love lobster so we thought we'd give it a try. Unfortunately it was largely disappointing. We got lobster rolls and lobster tacos. The tacos were good, albeit very expensive for as small as they were. Maybe I'm crazy but the lobster rolls just weren't good at all. This could definitely be due to personal taste and someone else may think it's great. For me a giant roll with nothing but lobster for that price, was just not it. It was lacking texture and crunch, maybe some coleslaw as an option to add would be better suited for my taste buds. I think its always more disappointing when you spend good money on food for it to just be okay or mediocre.

What a rip off!! Never will I go here again!! I had a lobster roll, a bowl of lobster bisque and a water! I spent $40 with tip. The bun on the roll was a hot dog bun at best!! There was hardly any lobster on my roll for $40 and 1 piece of lobster in the bisque. Soup was cold, VERY DISAPPOINTING! My brother spent $30 on a Lobster roll, bag of chips and diet coke. The sandwich is literally 3 bites!! RIPPED OFF IS WHAT I FEEL! Save your money and go to a nice lobster dinner at a real restaurant, at least you will get what you pay for!

Got the Lobster tail and tots. The tots were perfection but the lobster left a lot to be desired. 4-5oz lobster tail is a HUGE stretch. The amount of lobster was maybe an ounce at best. First time eating at this food truck. Should of tried the lobster roll?

Not impressed. Was excited to try after hearing about it. Had the lobster quesadilla at Art, beats and eats.. Very heavy on the cheese, couldn't really taste the lobster. If it was $10 instead of $25 I still wouldn't buy it. The reviews are all over the place so it may just be an issue of consistency.

Have to share how incredible the food is! Finally got to try them during the Royal Oak Taco Festival. Ordered the lobster tacos and quesadilla- the sauce was amazing. The staff was so friendly and professional, you really get what you pay for with this food truck!! Check them out. You won’t regret it!!
