In store the prices are $75 higher then online. The prices were extremely high compared to others around. They falsely advertise a moving truck on the website as well. They don't even have a moving truck for people to use. I ended up getting a pod dropped in my driveway for $100 less per month.
Moving can be a hassle. Downsizing is further complication. Selling a house on Sept 1 and buying a condo on Sept 8 could have been a nightmare without the Cape Cod lock up storage. After hearing "sorry sir we're full up" from at least 6 facilities, it was great to hear "sure we've got units available." And they held it for me until Aug 1. I'm a very happy camper. And the facility is clean, convenient and super accessible. Thanks for everything.
Years back I had a storage unit here fell behind in payments. The day before selling my unit I called to pay. They had sold it day before.. Unacceptable and illegal... Beware renting here...
If I could put negative 10 i would.. I have been paying for a unit here for a year and half. And let me be the first to tell YOU THAT I HAVE HEARD FROM MANY PEOPLE THAT HAVE/ HAD A UNIT THERE THAT THEY HATE IT AND WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK IF THEY COULD CHOOSE. They are known for giving u the impression that u pay for the unit that is it. But really u pay for a unit then they increase the price of the unit. They throw in hidden fees qnd extra payments. Even the manager tells people get a unit somewhere else. I feel terrible for them because they work so hard no days off and they tell everyone to get on a wait list for a unit somewhere else. They don't like seeing/ hearing people cry and be upset about the unfairness that this place has put people through.
I am going to give a 5-star, because I was really impressed with a quick call-back from their answering service within SECONDS of me hanging up. I had reached a rollover service when calling the local office and got frustrated the second time.. but they called back immediately, reserved the last available unit for me and I could not be more gratefull! Service in the local office was cordial and quick. HEADS UP, bring a small can of WD40 with you, the built-in locks are crummy and do not want to turn. AND 5x10s are bigger than you think! YouTube was helpful for sizing needs.

The Lockup in South Yarmouth is a nice clean facility, has many storage options and the property manager, Sean, is really helpful.
As a current customer at this location I have nothing but good things to say about the site and staff. The property is well kept and clean and appreciate that the manager, Annette, knows everyone on a first name basis and takes time to make sure she is accommodating everyones needs to the best of her ability. She goes above and beyond.
The Lock Up Self Storage is the best there is! Katie is awesome and made me feel comfortable and stress free. Security is top notch. I highly recommend this place!
I just signed up for a unit. The pricing was competitive for the area and the woman who helped me was really wonderful. Everything seemed well run and professional. I am very happy so far!
